Labelform Graphics specialise in the supply of used label printing and packaging machinery. Our expert knowledge of the labelling industry enables us to find some of the most elusive machines in the industry, providing printing and packaging solutions for even the most demanding requirements. Our service includes dismantling, loading, shipping, installation and commissioning: all you need to do is decide on the machine you want, and if we haven’t already got it in stock, we’ll go out and find it for you, wherever in the world it might be.

Labelform Graphics Ltd was established in 2004 by Jon Wilkinson, whose experience in the used machinery market laid the foundations for the company’s success. We continue to provide a highly personal service in which we work closely with our clients to deliver practical, cost-effective printing and packaging solutions.

Flexo

Products currently available include (but are not limited to):

• Nilpeter FA3300 (2001) – with 340mm web, 760mm unwind reel diameter, video control, matrix waste and product rewinds. 
• Nilpeter F2400 (1994) – with web guide, splice table, 6 colour flexo and hot air drying.
• Gallus ECS340 (2009) – with 340mm web, unwind with reel lift, web cleaner, 8 colour flexo, UV dryer and a good selection of tooling.
• Gidue Combat 370 8K (2002) – 8 flexo, UV drying, combo laminator, turner bar and 3 rotary die cutting stations.
• Mark Andy 4150 (1994) – 10” web, 8 flexo, interfeck UV drying, coil foil/UV overlamination, turner bar and good selection of tooling.
• Edale E510 (1999) – 510mm web, 8 flexo, chill rolls, IR drying, auto register control, video inspection, 1 die cutting station.

Letterpress

Letterpress machines currently available include:

• Nilpeter B280 (1993) – with web guide, splice table, web cleaner, corona treater, 5 letterpress, 2 flexo, UV drying, turn bars, auto register, overlamination and 3 rotary die cutting stations. 
• Gallus R160 (1988) – with web guide, corona, 8 printing positions, 7 letterpress, UV drying, hot foil stamping, UV over lamination and auto register control.
• Gallus T250 (1996) – with 250mm web, 4 colour letterpress, UV drying, flatbed hotfoil and die cutting stations, matrix waste and product rewinds.
• Shiki SL220 (1997) – with 220mm web, unwind with splice table, 6 semi-rotary letterpress, IST UV, over lamination, hot foil stamping, flatbed die cutting. 
• Codimag Viva 340 (1998) – with 340mm web, 6 semi-rotary letterpress, 1 flexo varnish unit, 7 UV drying, coil foil, matrix waste and product rewinds. 
• Kopack 250 (1992) – with 250mm web, corona, 9 letterpress, 1 flexo, UV drying, 1 flat die cutting station.

Offset

Offset label printing machines currently available include:

• Sanjo PO3 (1998) – with 260mm web, unwind with servo in-feed, 6 semi rotary waterless offset print units, flatbed hot foil stamping and embossing, flexo varnish or UV over lamination, flatbed die cutting.
• Codimag Viva 340 (1999) – with 340mm web, 5 semi rotary waterless offset, semi rotary hot foil, embossing, flexo varnish unit.
• Iwasaki TR2 (2003) – with 13" web, unwind and splice table, 6 wet offset, UV drying, servo-driven out feed, flat bed foil stamping, over lamination, flat bed die cutting, 2 flexo stations with UV drying, 1 semi rotary die cutting station.
• Gidue Xpand370 (2007) – featuring 5 waterless offset, UV dryer, hot foil, varnish  and wet lamination.
• Nilpeter MO3300 (2002) -  with 7 MO platforms (offset, flexo, foil, screen), 1 Varnish, UV drying, cooling system, hot foil and 2 rotary die cutters.

Screen Print Units

We currently have three high quality screen printers available for purchase. They include:

• Franchini Sericonvert 330 (2002) – with unwind, 2 colour flat screen, UV drying, overlamination, flatbed hot foil stamping, flatbed die cutting, length slitting, matrix waste and product rewinds.
• Berra (1995) – with unwind and rewind, 6 screen print units, lamination, hot foil, die cutting, electronic advance. 
• Cartes HS202SS (2009) – with 205mm web, unwind with splice table, 2 flat screen units, UV drying, length slitting and 2 rewinds. Max print area is 200mm x 200mm.
