Set up by Len Wigzell, who has bought and sold used plant and machinery since the business was established over 45 years ago, Liquidation Machinery is family-run and operated mainly out of River Road and Abbey Road in Barking, Essex until making a transition to Old Harlow, just around the M11. In 2001 Len’s grandson joined the company to help update its success; bringing it into the world of e-commerce. Serving the UK and beyond, including Africa and The Middle East, Liquidation Machinery has 12000 sq. ft. of secure warehousing containing a variety of all the best woodworking machinery such as Altendorf, Dominion, Wadkin, SCM, Butferring and Weinig. They also have Plant including mini-excavators, mini-dumpers and generators, sheet metal equipment such as folders, guillotines and benders and last but not least, various engineering equipment including lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, horizontal/vertical bandsaws and welders.

As the name suggest, the main source of Liquidation Machinery’s stock is bought through liquidation, from factory closures; who, over the years, we’ve built close relationships with. In-keeping with our family base, we always like to keep business friendly but with a professional edge; we will accommodate where we can. For your peace of mind machinery can be seen under power and tested where possible.
