Kugel Motion has over 30 years of experience in linear motion technology and is able to design, manufacture and supply new ball screw assemblies in accordance with almost any specification. We’ll use your design drawings or take an existing sample to produce a high quality solution made from quality stock shaft and nuts manufactured within our Derbyshire-based production plant. Our facilities enable us to manufacture items with diameters from 3mm to 160mm in lengths of up to 700mm. Lead times can be as short as 1 week, depending on application. Kuger Motion has joined forces with Creative Motion Control to provide high load, precision linear motion products that utilise a range of high performance satellite roller screws. These are capable of accommodating higher loads than conventional ball screws, and are therefore ideal for a variety of pneumatic, hydraulic and heavy load applications.
