Essemtec Screen Printers

KPE is an approved supplier of Essemtec Screen Printers. These systems are known to offer exceptional accuracy and repeatability, ensuring solder paste is deposited accurately and consistently onto solder pads. Models available include:

• SP002 – A user-friendly but highly accurate and reliable printing system with precise mechanical adjustment and excellent repeatability. 
• Fino – A semi-automatic system ideal for small to medium volumes, featuring touch screen operation and intelligent Vision control. 
• SP004 – A semi-automatic stencil printer enabling the user to print precise and reproducible fine structures. Two vision cameras make stencil alignment easy.
• Kea – An affordable fine pitch printer with all the features you’d expect from a mid-range standalone system. 
• SP150 – An affordable fine pitch printer available with or without vision alignment. Features frontside shuttle for easy loading and unloading of PCBs.
• Tucano – A highly accurate, reliable and flexible printer that can be adapted to suit virtually any printing task. 

Essemtec Pick and Place

We also supply a range of Essemtec Pick and Place systems. Models available include:

• Cobra – A high speed pick and place system with the most feeders per square metre anywhere in the market. 
• Paraquda – A latest-generation SMD pick and place machine designed for SMT production with higher throughputs.

X-Ray

KPE offers two types of X-ray machine for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), failure analysis and production quality testing:

• Phoenix microme|x DXR-HD – A high-resolution 180kV microfocus X-ray inspection system facilitating real-time and automatic inspection of solder joints and electronic components. Offers >2130x geographic magnification and 13,300x total magnification. 
• Omron VT-X700 – A combination of CT imaging and integrated inspection algorithms allows the creation of vastly detailed inspection standards with great specificity in terms of separation in cross-sections. This helps to eliminate false fails and overlooked defects in production environments with clear pass/fail criteria. 

Component/PCB Storage

We offer a series of low-humidity storage cabinets suitable for electronic components, PCBs and other items. They include:

• CSS4050 – An automatic storage system for SMD reels and trays. Can store up to 546 reels in each tower. Multiple towers can be clustered for greater capacity. 
• DX1001 – An ultra-low humidity storage cabinet ideal for moisture-sensitive components. Maintains RH levels at 1%. Available in a range of sizes. 
• MCU201 – Another ultra-low humidity storage cabinet for moisture-sensitive components. Maintains RH levels at 3%. The MCU201 has a very low running cost. 

Drying Ovens

Our C9000 range of drying ovens can be used for baking, temperature testing, heat aging, curing, and of course drying in many different applications and industries. They feature a stainless steel inner container, an LED display with microcomputer control, a convenient door window for visual inspection and a nano-material door seal for exceptional heat retention. Cut and Strip Equipment

KPE is very pleased to offer its customers a full range of Kappa cut and strip systems, known throughout the world for their quality, performance and reliability. Komax Kappa cut and strip systems use the latest technology to achieve the highest production standards whilst maintaining operator ease-of-use. The range covers most cutting and stripping requirements from small, single strand wires to multi-core, heavy duty cables. Models available include:

Crimp to Crimp Products

Also available from Komax are several modular crimp to crimp systems that give users the flexibility to quickly reconfigure as batch requirements change. They include:

• Gamma225 – A fully automatic crimping machine offering a great degree of flexibility. Whatever the task, the Gamma225 performs it with excellent process control and minimal changeover time.
• Gamma333PC-B – This fully automatic crimping machine is unrivalled in terms of productivity. Quick and simple changeovers give you great flexibility and increase output considerably. 
• Zeta663 – A fully automatic crimping machine that can be expanded as needed and transformed into an insertion system.
