We produce a huge range of diaphragm pumps for neutral and corrosive gases and liquids, swing piston compressors and vacuum pumps for air, and valves and pump accessories.
We make OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) pumps as well as a wide range of portable pumps and rugged industrial process pumps. Our pumps are used in medical equipment, analytical instruments, and in research laboratories and process applications worldwide-in other words, in any application in which gases or vapours must be transferred, evacuated or compressed, or liquids must be transferred or metered.
We have always sent the standard in diaphragm pump technology. We pioneered the moulded diaphragm, which eliminated the centre clamping disk. This increased maximum vacuum and removed a source of leaks and corrosion.
Our extensive product range utilises a modular system for pump heads and motors. This allows a great degree of flexibility, and increases our range of fifty basic pump models to 2,650 standard products. If voltage and frequency combinations are taken into consideration, those original 50 pumps provide the basis for over 23,400 standard models. We specialise in optimising these standard products to suit your application, and we also undertake customised projects. Whatever your requirements, we can provide the right pump for your application.
We supply the FMM 20 KPDC-P and FMM 20 TTDC-P solenoid metering pumps. These pumps have been expertly designed and manufactured from high quality materials in order to be robust and long-lasting for use in all kinds of environments and applications. Advantages of the FMM models include a large flow range, flow tight in both directions, high chemical resistance, self priming, quiet running, high repeatability, and adjustable dispense volume. These pumps are largely used in applications such as for medical diagnostics, industrial dosing systems, inkjet printing, fuel cells, water analysis, in the semi conductor industry, and more. Please see detailed technical specifications on our website.
Our diaphragm pumps are completely maintenance-free and offer uncontaminated transfer. The diaphragm hermetically seals the compression chamber from the drive mechanism. Our smooth-running diaphragm pumps are easily installed, and with very few exceptions they can operate in any installed position.
Diaphragm pumps for liquids are self-priming and will operate dry. Our new stress-optimised, patented structured diaphragms for gas pumps offer excellent gas tightness, increased output over comparably sized pumps, and longer service life.
KNF diaphragm pumps are available in a range of different sizes and capacities, from a miniature diaphragm pump weighing 20 grams to one that can transfer up to 300 litres of gas per minute.
KNF compressors and vacuum pumps for gas are used when it is necessary to transfer, compress or evacuate gas and vapours. For moist gases or operations with vacuum drying or steam sterilization, the KNF self-drying system automatically blows condensate out of the pump head.
Our new SC 920 Vacuum pump system has a wireless remote control, which provides new flexibility for control and monitoring of ongoing processes. Four operation modes are available: evacuate, pressure control, automatic and individual pressure function. This pump is very quiet and delivers ultimate vacuum of 2mbar absolute with a maximum 20 litres per minute flow rate.
Our swing piston compressors and vacuum pumps produce completely oil-free compressed air and vacuum, enabling evacuation, transfer and compression of air without contamination. These pumps run quietly with little vibration, and achieve excellent ultimate vacuum. They can be operated in any installed position. The only parts of the pump that are subject to wear are the easy-to-change piston seal and valves. This makes our swing piston pumps virtually maintenance-free with a long service life. Despite their compact size, they offer a higher flow rate than equivalent-sized diaphragm pumps and provide an excellent price performance ratio.
We manufacture a wide variety of liquid diaphragm and diaphragm metering pumps for use with neutral and aggressive liquids in OEM and laboratory applications. Available accessories for these pumps include pressure control valves and pulsation dampers.
Our diaphragm metering pumps are available as analogue, processor, and PC controlled. They provide precise metering from 0.03 to 80 ml/minute. The pump's stepper motor achieves smooth continuous metering by running at maximum speed during the suction stroke, then returning to the preset speed for the delivery stroke.
We offer micro diaphragm pumps for gases and liquids. Our micro diaphragm vacuum pumps for gases ensure reliable processes in analytical and medical instruments. These pumps feature high gas-tightness, maintenance-free and contamination free operation and corrosion resistance.
Our micro-diaphragm liquid pumps are designed for the transfer of small quantities of liquids. The use of chemically resistant materials in their construction allows them to be used for the transfer of almost all neutral or aggressive liquids. These pumps are self-priming and will operate dry.
All of our diaphragm and swing piston pumps are oil-free, eliminating the necessity of monitoring, changing and disposing of used or contaminated pump oil. This increases efficiency and reduces maintenance, labour and consumables costs.
We supply a range of chemically resistant, temperature resistant pumps designed specifically for process applications and analysis. Many of these meet ATEX requirements, making them suitable for explosive or hazardous environments. This category also includes several double diaphragm pumps.
