Burner Management Systems

We supply a range of Burner Management Systems. Items within our range include:

• MPA22: for intermittent operation for controlling and monitoring single-stage, two-stage and modulating blown burners.
• MPA101x: automatic gas burner controller with features such as ionisation flame monitor, pilot and main gas valve, and ignition and flame
  monitoring
• MPA 109x: automatic gas burner control combined with multiple actuator of the DUNGS GB 055 or GB057 family.
• BCS 300: for open and closed loop control of oil, gas and duel fuel burners.
• MPA 5111: for intermittent or continuous operation of controlling or monitoring gas burners.

Domestic Gas Controls

Items within our wide selection of domestic gas controls include:

• GB-(LEP) 055 DO1: a multifunctional gas control combined regulator and safety shut-off valves with single-stage atmospheric operating mode. Suitable for gas heating boilers and gas air heaters with atmospheric or fan assisted burners.
• GB-(LEP) 057 DO1: a multifunctional gas control combined regulator with one-stage or two-stage mode for direct burner ignition or intermittent pilot. Suitable for gases as per EN 437 and other neutral combustion gases.
• GB-WND 057 DO1: Whirlwind, combined fully integrated gas/air control and safety system with high power density based on DUNGS zero pressure multiple actuator GB-ND 057.

Pressure Regulators

Items within our range of pressure regulators include:

• FRS: for use with gas burners and gas equipment, has an adjustable set-point spring.
• FRN: suitable for use with gases of families 1, 2, 3 and other neutral gaseous media.
• FRU: a circulation regulator with sadjustable setpoint spring for gas families 1,2,3 and other neutral gaseous media.
• FRNG: a pressure regulator with an adjustable setpoint spring and defined counterspring.
• FRSBV: safety pressure release valve for gas burners and gas equipment with a spring-loaded safety blow-off device with an adjustable response pressure.

Pressure Switches

We also supply a large selection of pressure switches to complement our range. Items within the range include:

• GW…A4: a pressure switch for gas, air, flue gases and combustion products. Suitable for closing, opening or switching over a current circuit when the actual pressure value deviates from the specified pressure setpoint.
• LGW…A4: differential pressure switch for air, flue and exhaust gases. Suitable for switching a circuit on, off or over on changes in actual pressure value relative to the set reference value.
• LGW…C3: for use with differential pressure monitoring in firing, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

Valves

We supply a selection of valves suitable for different applications. Items within our range include:

• MV 502: safety solenoid valve, ignition valve. A single-stage automatic shut-off valve for gas burners and other appliances.
• LGV/5: vent gas, solenoid valve. When open has an automatic shut-off valve as per EN 161 for gas burners and gas appliances.
• HFSV: high-flow safety valve, pneumatic drive, single-stage butterfly valve suitable for gas burners, thermoprocess applications, gas engines and other gas-consuming equipment.
• LV-D14 and LV-D15: single-stage air solenoid valves for cold air operation in industrial burners.

System Engineering / Gas Trains

Here at Karl Dungs Ltd, we manufacture and install customised GRMS in accordance with EU regulations including the EU Gas Appliance Directive, EU Pressure Equipment Directive, Regulations on occupational safety, EU Country Specific Regulations and Regulations of Gas Supply Companies. Our GRMS are suitable for use in thermal production processes, gas blower burners, gas motors, block-type thermal power stations, industrial furnaces and steam boilers.

GasMultiBloc / Double Solenoid Valves / HF Bloc

We supply a huge range of GasMultiBloc/ Double solenoid valves. Items within the range include:

• MBC-65/120: the DUNGS GasMultiBloc incorporates filter, valves, regulator and pressure switch in one application to form a compact fitting. They are used as complete solutions in gas safety and control systems. Suitable for gases 1,2,3 and other neutral gaseous media.
• MB-ZRD(LE)405-412 B07: this collection also incorporates filter, valves, regulator and pressure switches in one fitting. This lightweight system is easy to mount used for solutions in gas safety and regulator engineering.
• DMV…/12 Rp 2, DN 65-125: the DUNG solenoid valve DMV has two solenoid valves in one compact unit for use in places where earlier or two single valves were assembled.

Ball Valves, Filters, Motor Butterfly Valve

Items within our range of ball valves, filters and motor butterfly valves include:

• KH: the ball valve is for manual shut-off and for releasing gases of families 1,2,3 and other neutral gaseous media. Also for use with air, water, light and domestic heating oils.
• GF/1. GF/3, GF/4/ GF: gas and air filters for interior gas lines as per DIN 3386 with high dust storage capacity.
• DMK Rp ¾-2: butterfly valves as an actuator with zero shut-off as per DIN 3394. Used for regulating the gas supply on gas burners and gas equipment.
• DMK DN 40-125: motorised butterfly valve as an actuator with zer shut-off as per DIN 3394 Sheet 2.
• DML: Linear flow control DML is an actuator without zero shut-off and complies with DIN 3394 and EN 161.
• Stellantriebe fur DMK: DMA actuator drives for motorised butterfly valve DMK and motorised throttle DML.

Accessories: Manometers, CPIs, Test Burners, Pilot Burners

Items within our range of accessories include:

• KO1/1: a closed position indicator switch for use with various solenoid valves and double solenoid valves and MultiBloc equipment. A mechanically activated microswitch.
• PB2: test burner with push button flash-back proof cock.
• Zundbrenner: Please contact us for information regarding this product.
• FW 100/2: a centrifugal switch with a hub attachment as per DIN 24 220. Dimensions are matched to those of standard oil pump holders for easy installation.
• Manometers: pressure measuring instruments with capsule element and steel housing. Used for measuring small overpressures.

Valve Proving Systems

We supply a range of valve proving systems. Items within our range include:

• LK 2F/2: control for gas line leakage testers. This new design tests the tightness of a gas line between certain points.
• VPS 504: a valve proving system for DUNGS multiple actuators.
• VDK 200 A SO2: compact valve monitoring system as per EN 1643 for automatic shut-off valves.
• VPS 508: valve proving system for DUNGS multiple actuators. Complies with EN 1643.
• DSLC px Vx: a control device for system leakage tests.
