JPT (Jacksons Power Transmissions Ltd) was established in 1987 with the sole aim of providing UK quarries and other industries with individually designed drive solutions for their plant and machinery.
The company quickly developed into one of the country’s leading transmission specialists, offering a great range of gearboxes, motors, clutches, brakes, conveyors and electronic and mechanical variable speed units from leading manufacturers such as Radicon and Siemens.
In September 2012, Jacksons Power Transmissions Ltd was acquired by the HMK Automation Group. The company has since been rebranded as JPT Mechanical Drives Ltd, but it continues to offer the same great products and services.
Alongside the supply of new equipment, JPT offers a professional gearbox repair and refurbishment service. Every year, we restore hundreds of gearboxes for clients throughout the UK.
