Suspended Gas Fired Heaters

Powrmatic’s exciting new NVEA range of externally fitted gas unit heaters have been designed in close cooperation with system specifiers, installers and end-users to provide efficient and cost-effective heating and ventilation in industrial and commercial environments. All models in the range feature a galvanised and painted outer casing for added durability and are IP54 rated for ingress protection (against dust, water, moisture, etc.). A comprehensive range of control and modular duct components ensures total system flexibility, while an advanced pull-through design maximises system performance. Suspended Oil Fired Heaters

OUH Oil Unit Heaters from Powrmatic are suspended, indirect oil-fired warm air heaters comprising of a downward-firing pressure jet oil burner and a stainless steel heat exchanger. The range has been designed for use in factories and warehouses where oil firing is a requirement and floor space is limited. They run on 35 sec or 28 sec oil and may be built with either an axial or centrifugal fan. Standard finish is blue (RAL 6027), though other colours can be produced to special order. Suspended oil unit heaters are available in a choice of outputs: 20kW, 30kW, 45kW and 60kW.

Floor Standing Gas Fired Heaters

Our gas-fired CPx cabinet heaters are fitted with resiliently mounted fan and motor assemblies, a mild steel heat exchanger and a stainless steel combustion chamber. They are available with a choice of gas-fired burners. 

Every heater in the range is fitted with an MC200 control unit for ease of operation. CPx gas heaters run on natural gas (G20) or propane (G20) and are suited to freeblowing or ducted applications. They are available in a range of outputs from 30kW to 590kW and may be finished in any BS/RAL colour (at extra cost – all models are finished with RAL6027 as standard). 

Floor Standing Oil Fired Heaters

The CPx range also includes oil-fired air heaters available with a large choice of burners. Like the gas appliances, they feature resiliently mounted fan and motor assemblies, a mild steel heat exchanger and a stainless steel combustion chamber. They also come with an MC200 control unit. CPx oil-fired air heaters run on 35 sec and 28 sec oil. Models are painted to RAL6027 as standard, though other BS/RAL colours are available upon request. High Velocity Destratification Fans

The CECX is a heat recovery fan from Powrmatic designed to automatically re-circulate high level hot air, reducing temperature stratification and the associated heat losses. It benefits from low running costs and reliable operation with only a minimal maintenance requirement. CECX fans are easy to install and offer extremely effective heat distribution. There are five models in the range covering various industrial destratification requirements. All are finished with RAL 6027 (blue) paint as standard, though other colours can be made to order.

Low Velocity Destratification Fans

HCF impellor destratification fans do a similar job to CECX fans, but at much lower velocities. They are designed for environments where low volume displacement of warm air is required, such as in the commercial sector. By redistributing accumulated heat (which is wasted at high levels), HCF low velocity fans can significantly reduce the burden on your heating systems, thus reducing costs of gas or oil consumption. One of the key advantages of HCF fans is that they are able to maintain comfort levels by creating a uniform pattern of heat throughout the area in which they are installed.

Heater Controls

JKL offers a number of control solutions for use with Powrmatic heaters. The most basic of these is the Powrtrol, which has user-friendly interface and is designed to maximise the performance of your heating system. Powrtrol is a time and temperature controlled device that can be used with any warm air heater in the Powrmatc range. It features a digital time switch, day and night thermostat and a front-panel-mounted switch for Ventilation/Off/Winter Operation. NVx Gas Unit Freeblowing – 10kW

NVx suspended gas unit heaters offer an efficient and cost-effective solution for heating industrial and commercial properties. They run on natural gas or LPG propane, have a room-sealed combustion chamber, and are designed specifically for off-floor mounting, saving you valuable space within your premises. NVx heaters benefit from low fuel consumption and low carbon emissions. They are available in a range of outputs from 10kW to 140kW.
