The Pincure Z UV LED is a compact and lightweight unit designed to achieve high-speed pinning between inkjet print heads. Its air-cooling exhaust is positioned at the top of the lamp head and points away from other print heads for ultimate protection. This advanced unit is housed within a design that prevents media contact and contamination to the lenses. Alongside the Pincure Z UV LED air-cooling model, we also offer a Pincure C version which features water-cooling technology. The SZ LEDcure model has been designed specifically to suit wide format and industrial inkjet printing applications. This compact unit is just 70mm wide and 200mm high with varying lengths, from 90mm to 540mm, to suit a range of printer models. With the addition of 30mm modules, the SZ can be adapted to match different print head arrays. The SZ LEDcure emits 14W/cm ² but delivers a further 20% of additional dose. The SZ LEDCure is a high-performance unit with a life span of 20,000+ hours. It can be upgraded with XT8 UV LED Booster technology to achieve a higher output and dose to increase cure speeds.
The VZ LEDcure is similar to the SZ LEDcure but features 16W/cm ² and 20% more dose. This unit has been designed to meet the demands of the Super Wide and Grand Format Printing industry. Like the SZ LEDcure, the VZ LEDcure can reach a higher output and dose with XT8 UV LED Booster technology. With integrated VARIcool Technology, the cooling is controlled according to ambient temperatures enabling a consistent output in all working environments. Innovation at its best with the incredible VZX air-cooled UV LED! This fantastic unit features 22W/cm ² of high dose UV output which is inline with possibilities only previously achieved with water cooling technologies. The VZX is perfect for high-speed single-pass applications in graphics or industrial applications. It features XT8 UV LED Booster technology as standard with each XT8 LED module being supplied with a five-year warranty. VARIcool controls are also incorporated to control cooling in all working environments. Noise and turbulence are also minimised (compared to fan cooling models). The VZX can be customisable to meet a range of requirements.

VARIcool technology consists of a closed loop electronic system which adjusts air-cooling according to the ambient temperature and the working duty cycle. This slim and compact model features a variable output of up to 3.5W/cm². With enhanced optics (compared to the original Pincure model) designed to reduce the risk of UV light damage to the print head nozzle plates, the Pincure C Series now features a clever design that prevents media contact and contamination of the lens. The Pincure C Series also features our state of the art XT8 UV LED Booster technology to achieve extremely high output and dose making it a perfect choice for a wide range of applications.
The NC LEDcure solution has been expertly designed to fit in small spaces while continuing to deliver powerful pinning and curing results. This slim and compact unit features state of the art water-cooling technology and provides users with excellent intensity and dose output. Our water-cooled UV LED systems feature the fantastic STEADYcool water-cooling technology. STEADYcool features specially-designed water passages that have been fitted with dynamic flow devices to enhance the water-cooling area thus achieving maximum thermal transfer and cooling efficiency. Consistent UV output is achieved with the use of STEADYcool. It runs with 22-25 degrees centigrade cooling water which ensures there is no condensation and keeps running costs low. This excellent unit has been created as a joint initiative between Electronic Instrumentation & Technology and Integration Technology to accurately measure UV LEDs. With advanced features, an easy-to-read display and multiple user selectable modes, the UV Power Puck® II is at the forefront of the UV industry for accurately measuring UV LEDs. This unit features three operating ranges: Standard (10 Watt) for high-power curing applications, Mid-range (1 Watt) for lower power arc lamps or lamps that are non-focused, and Low Power (100mW) for exposure systems and with low power lamps.
