Our Range

We supply a wide selection of cases which are manufactured from different materials and are often available in various finishes to suit individual requirements. Items we supply include: Aluminium Cases, ABS Cases, Injection Moulded Polypropylene Utility Cases, High Performace Resin Cases, Special Padded Bags, Toolcases, Medical Cases, Small Instrument Cases and more. We also offer a specialist service whereby we can tailor items to meet specific requirements. This can be in the form of custom built interiors, vacuum formed housings, through to different grades and types of foam inserts which can be fabricated, die cut or routed. Moulded Cases

We supply a wide range of moulded cases. Items within the range include:

• ABS Cases: these are available in a range of different sizes and designs.
• Injection Moulded Polypropylene Cases: these are available at cost-effective prices and suit printing or logos or branding.
• High Performance Resin Cases (HPRC): these are manufactured from high strength materials, IP67 rated and suitable to be fully submersed via gasketed water and dust tight design.

Aluminium Cases

We are able to supply aluminium cases to suit various specifications. Items within our ranges include:

• Alu-Lite Lightweight Aluminium Cases: these Alu-Lite cases are available in a range of interiors and are fitted with security combination locks.

• Smart Cases: these cases are ideal solutions for customers who require lightweight solutions. Our Smart Cases are designed to be tough and durable while remaining lightweight.

• Custom Transit Cases: Our transit cases can be tailor-made to meet most size requirements.

• Full Flight Cases: these cases are designed and manufactured to withstand rough conditions and protect the contents inside.                   

Stitched Products

Items within this range include: Conference Folders, Executive Cases, Laptop Cases, Portfolios and Presenters, Soft Travel Bags, Pilot/Cabin Cases, Bespoke Stitched Bags, and Instrument Cases. All of our stitched products are made to the highest quality and are designed to suit different purposes. Our bespoke service enables to meet most, if not all, bag requests. We can add handles, provide foam interiors, create shoulder straps, pockets and more, as well as to print logo and company branding. Laptop / Computer Cases

Items within our range include::

• Deep Drawn Alu-Lite Laptop Case: these cases are ideally suited to suit up 17inch sized laptops. They have combination locks for security and have various filing and organising sections inside.

• Laptop Bags: Available in many sizes, our laptop bags have various paperwork sections and dividers.

• Bespoke ABS Computer Cases: these incredible cases are designed to allow the user access to the laptop simply by plugging the case in.

• Handheld Computer/Instrument Cases: these are available in materials such as leather and PVC and come with neoprene screen covers, access points and zip or studded covers and flaps if required.

Tool Cases

We supply a range of heavy duty tool cases that are designed to suit different purposes. Our heavy duty, top of the range cases are perfect for professionals who require tool cases that are tough and hard wearing, whereas our lightweight, durable tool cases are ideal for professionals who only carry a small number of tools with them. Our bespoke case design and manufacture service enables us to alter or tailor models to meet specific requirements. Other items within our range include Euro Tool Cases for mobile service and installation engineers, TC1 Tool Cases to carry a small number of tools, and TC2 Tool Cases and TC2 Orange Cases designed to carry a medium to high range of tools.

Specialist / Inserts

We offer a specialist bespoke service whereby we can tailor cases to meet your requirements. We can do this in many ways which include the design and manufacture of various different inserts to suit different purposes within the case. Our inserts can be produced in many different grades of foam which can be hand cut, die cut or machined to specific designs. Our vacuum formed inserts can be produced in different types of ABS, HIPS, polypropylene or soft feel polyethylene. We also work with sheet metal and plastic fabrications to meet your packaging needs.

Briefcases

We supply quality briefcases in various shapes and sizes. Our Alu-Lite – Lightweight Aluminium Cases are available in three different size/design/colour options as standard and are fitted with combination locks for security. Within the Alu-Lite range we supply the Alu-Lite Deep Case as well as the AluLite Case which has a padded interior that can hold a laptop up to 17inches in size. We also supply a range of Pilot Cases which are practical for carrying lots of paperwork and a range of ABS Cases which have hard sides to protect against wear and tear. 

Medical Cases

In Case Solutions are able to design and manufacture a range of standard medical cases which are ideal for the visiting GP or Domiciliary Nurse. They come with self-cut foam inserts which allow each medical professional to customise their case according to their own equipment needs. Cutting instructions, template cards and a special foam cutting knife are all supplied in order to do this. Should the responsibilities of the GP or Nurse change and new instruments or items need including, In Case Solutions can supply new foam inserts for them to adapt to their needs once again – this is a far more cost effective option than purchasing an entire new case. Cases may also be customised with logos, graphics and colours.

SOCO Cases

In Case Solutions have developed a range of customisable SOCO (Scene of Crime Officer) cases which are highly secure and remarkably versatile. They include:

• The AluLite “Call Out” Case – a hardwearing, scratch resistant aluminium case featuring paperwork and organiser lid folio, a dividing toolboard panel, and a blue brushed nylon foam insert which may be cut according to specification.
• The AluLite “Call Out” Case (Titanium) – a slimline option made with anodised titanium for strength without excess weight. Features a multi-pocketed lid folio, dividing toolboard panel, and a customisable nylon foam insert.

Trade Moulding

As well as the manufacture of cases, In Case Solutions are also able to undertake a wide variety of trade moulding and fabrication projects which do not necessarily go within a carrying case.
