Based in Cambridge, Identify Direct Ltd are an established supplier of automatic identification equipment. In the unlikely event of any our products proving faulty, we have a process for our customers to follow. Firstly you can download and fill in the relevant RMA form, which can found on our website. If you are not under warranty, you can call us to receive a purchase order number which can entered on the RMA form. You can then pack the good in question, along with the RMA form and despatch them to our address, where we will process them.
