Product Recovery

HPE are proud suppliers of the truly hygienic, environmentally friendly and cost efficient Premi-Sphere recovery system.  Featuring a completely in line system without external to internal moving parts, the Premi-Sphere system's design has lead to endorsement by the Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association and is EHEDG approved. It is capable of recovering products ranging in viscosity, particulate size and quantity and a dual sphere system is available for use in applications where the transfer line contains residual water, or where the product being introduced is prone to aeration. The Premi-Sphere can be used in any situation where the need for preventing cross contamination between products is of paramount importance. It can be used during product start up, changeover and shutdown, helping to minimise product wastage and generation of effluent and ensuring that product downtimes are significantly reduced.

Mixers

HPE offers a broad selection of mixers to suit a host of applications including food, textiles, inks, ceramics, effluent, pharmaceutical, paint, adhesives, paper and general chemicals. Pump Repairs

HPE are pleased to offer an exceptional pump repair, maintenance and base-plating service. All pump repairs are performed to manufacturers guidelines and are fully tested on completion before being returned to the customer. Facilities at HPE include a clean room, pump test rig and manufacturer specialist tools, ensuring that all demands are met. Our top notch pump base-plating service allows us to supply all the components required to base-plate and fit a gearbox and motor to the pump as required by the customer. We are also happy to work to your design/drawing and offer an on-site survey design service.
