• Epoxy Laminates and Prepregs: a range of FR4 grade epoxy/glass laminates and prepregs with dicy cured 135Tg and 140Tg options and phenolic cured 150Tg and 170Tg products.
• High Frequency Low Loss: low dielectric constant, low loss multiplayer thermoset laminates and prepregs for high speed digital applications demanding lower loss beyond the capability of legacy materials such as FR4.

Flexible Laminates

Holders Technology UK Ltd supplies top quality, flexible copper clad laminates, micro-thin sputtered copper clad types, adhesive bonded laminates with ED and RA copper, polyimide coverlays with polyimide, acrylic or epoxy adhesive and adhesive bonding sheet materials, polyimide type photo-imageable coverlay.

• Adhesiveless Flex Polyimide Copper Clad Laminate: a range of flexible copper clad laminates is available featuring two-layer adhesiveless polyimide construction ED and RA copper options.
• Adhesive Bonded Flex Copper Clad Laminate: a range of polyimide flexible copper laminates with epoxy bonded copper cladding.
• Coverlay Product: polyimide coverlays with acrylic adhesive.

Copper Foil

We also provide low profile, high temperature elongation (THE) copper foil and rolled annealed (RA) copper foil for high layer counter epoxy multiplayer PCBs

• HTE Copper Foil: electrodeposited, HTE copper foil for lamination of multiplayer printed circuit boards. ED copper foil is available in 35 and 70 micron thicknesses and is supplied in ready-to-cut sheets.
• RA Copper Foil: rolled annealed copper foil for lamination of multiplayer printed circuit boards. Available in 35 and 70 micron thicknesses and is supplied in standard quantities of 100.
