Bench Top Cleaning Tanks

Our bench top ultrasonic cleaning tanks are amongst our most popular products, being extremely versatile and suitable for cleaning all sorts of parts and components – including surgical instruments, aircraft components, electronic parts and even jewellery. Hilsonic bench top tanks are divided into three ranges:

• Performance Range – With Hilsonic’s specially patented ‘frequency sweep’ process for a more uniform and intense clean. Constructed from stainless steel and designed for reliability in tough operating conditions. 
• Budget Range – Designed for small-scale or occasional use, with a power range from 100-800 watts RMS. 
• Economy Range – Designed for domestic and light commercial applications.

Industrial Cleaning Tanks

Our industrial ultrasonic cleaning tanks are divided into the following ranges:

• Budget Range – Budget models have a more lightweight construction than more expensive industrial ultrasonic cleaning tanks, but with a greater range of power and frequency levels. They are made with hard-wearing power coated steel panels and fitted with integral controls. 
• Standard Range – Constructed from heavy gauge 316L stainless steel, Standard range cleaners are built for long lasting performance and durability. All models feature rugged Hilsonic generators and industrial ‘bar’ transducers.
• ES Range – Similar to Standard Range models, but with splash-proof generator enclosures and remote control panels for safe operation up to 30 metres away. 
• EST Range – Our most advanced industrial ultrasonic cleaning tanks, with totally enclosed generators that are able to handle voltage spikes of up to 2000V. 

New Intercooler Cleaning Tanks

Hilsonic is global leader in the supply of ultrasonic cleaning equipment for the power generation and marine industries. We offer a range of systems suitable for various applications within these sectors, including appliances for the cleaning of heat exchangers, intercoolers, charged air filter elements and particle filters. Many of our systems can also be used for cleaning engine parts such as pistons, valves, cylinder heads and engine blocks. Submersible Ultrasonic Cleaners

Hilsonic’s Submersible Ultrasonic Cleaners are made with fully-enclosed transducers that can be immersed into your own cleaning tank, used as part of an on-line cleaning process, or used to troubleshoot where there are cleaning hot spots required. Submersible cleaners can be produced to almost any shape or size without incurring great cost, ensuring maximum flexibility for multiple applications.

Submersible cleaners are available in a choice of finishes:

• 316L Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel – for general industrial use
• Hard Chrome – for combating particularly aggressive chemicals
• Titanium – for applications within particularly hostile industrial environments.

Window Blind Cleaners

One of Hilsonic’s more specialised areas of expertise is the design and manufacture of ultrasonic cleaning systems for window blinds. We offer several solutions for this niche market, ranging from the bench top ‘Louvre-King’ to the 12 foot long ‘Super Ultra’. Ultrasonic Cleaning Solutions

Hilsonic is (and has always been) at the very forefront of ultrasound chemistry development. Down the years we have developed a huge range of cleaning solutions for the breaking down of particles, sanitising liquids and decontaminating mining waste, and we continue to set the standard with leading edge products for all kinds of applications. Two of our most recent additions include:

• Scruffite Marine – a specially formulated chemical additive for cleaning, descaling and decarbonising of intercoolers and heat exchangers.
• Biox O2 Liquid – for cleaning oxygenated breathing systems. Used by the Ministry of Defence, offshore organisations and diving schools worldwide.
