C & W Hooks Limited is a daughter company of the HangOn group, a family owned company established in 1989 manufacturing powder coating hooks, powder coating jigs and a comprehensive range of silicone and vinyl powder coating masking protection plugs, caps, discs and tapes for thread and hole protection. We have the material and production experience which allows us to provide new solutions using our own production facilities. - Fixed Hooks - A cutting edge process enables us to produce these hooks fixed together by plastic tape, making them easily handled and separated.
- Clamp Hooks - The upper part of this hook can be produced with a clamp angle tailored to the thickness of the notched rail.
- Locking Hooks - Are very stable and provide a robust suspension point that will not move in any direction.
- Special Hooks - We can bend wire with a diameter from 1mm to 13mm in a variety of forms, including spring wire, galvanised wire, stainless wire, brass wire or copper wire.
- Snap-on arrow hooks - For better contact and minimal suspension blemishes. Arrows are intended to be used with 2.0mm and 3.00 dimension standard hooks.
- Double Hooks - We manufacture double hooks that have two suspension points that do not need hangers welding to them.
- Multi-Level Hooks - These hooks are for products that might only have one hole usable for suspension. The shape means that the hooks may be suspended from one another, each one suspending a product.
- Pipe Hooks - These hooks allow you to suspend hollow items using a suitably bent end with a clamping function. The clamp requires minimal hand power for locking and releasing.
- Small Parts Hooks - Our CNC technology allows us to produce a jig that can hold 2-10 items using the same piece of wire which is easily adaptable to suit your purposes.
- Sheet Hooks - Standard sheet hooks are available in 3mm cold-rolled metal, with three suspension holes at varying distances for a normal wire hook. Standard sheet hooks measure 100mm, other lengths upon request.
- Yoke Jigs - Designed to have two stable jigging points for suspension or to maintain the item’s position through the stretching or clamping function of the wire
- Socket Jigs - Specialised fixture with interchangeable wire arms from a single vertical shaft with sockets to an intricate 3D design.
- Snap-on Jigs - This jigging system is designed for lighter components and consists of a welded special jig in 6mm wire. With transverse grooves and a c/c distance of 15mm, these jigs allow locking 1mm spring wire to fit on both sides.
- Notched Rails - We offer keyhole notch, v-notch, and round and triangular holes. Hanging points may be created on one or more levels.
- Swivels - We supply swivel hooks which can enforce a maximum axial movement in suspension hooks.
- Rotational Devices - These are made from stainless steel and are permanently fixed to the conveyor, allowing a 90 degree rotation. They are supplied with four spokes or with a gear which allows automatic rotary movement.
- Jigging Trolley - With adjustable, angled grid shelf to allow a changeable working height; Telescopic storage reduces space requirements; Max load: 150kg. Dimensions: 1200x800mm.
- Jigging Station - This jigging station allows you to jig smaller components and to utilise the available height of the painting facilities, as well as maintain the correct ergonomic conditions. Available with wheels for versatility, the jigging trolley can be secured using two grips to keep it in place while it is raised and lowered.
- Transport/Storage Rack - Offering customised racks where jigs may be stored and can also be used in burning off processes. Our latest rack is easily adjustable and can be used to store, arrange and transport differing types of jigs.
