GSM2 - Unipolar Stepper Motor Driver

Designed to allow full, half, or wave stepping modes in one small package, the GSM2 makes it easy to drive a unipolar stepper motor, whether you are using forcing resistors or not. Select the stepping speed with an external or internal clock, the GSM2 features a potentiometer which makes adjustment easy. A range of stop/start and limit control options can be implemented using enable, disable, and direction outputs, meaning you can drive stepper motors with four different phases. Because of its versatility, this is a most popular driver board, and the TTL Logic Interface means it's easy to use.

GR Series Non-volatile RAM

For the past twenty years we have been developing our range of memory devices that offer back up power via lithium battery, meaning they are now available for a range of uses. With standard JEDEC pinouts for NV RAM, these devices have a wide temperature range of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, and are also available in temperature ranges that are suitable for industrial use. With a range of different specifications available, it's easy to find a solution for any application.  

GW132 - Balanced Line RS232 Extender

The GW132 overcomes the distance limitations of the RS232 serial communications range, and is designed to be used with PCs and peripherals. As the extender is powered from the handshake lines, no extra power supplies are necessary, and there are no switches to set, as all data is transparent to the unit. Available with nine or 25 pin connectors.  

GW232 - RS232 to RS422 Line Driver

The easy to use GW232 allows for four or eight wire operation, and has two modes: data only, or data and handshake mode. Connecting the link cable is made easy, with a wiring guide printed on the unit, and unused lines can be left unconnected. The DTE/DCE switch means it's easy to configure to a range of terminals, PCs, printers, and plotters with asynchronous RS232 abilities, without having to make cross over wiring configurations. Supplied with a small external power supply, the GW232 has a maximum distance of two kilometres.

GO232 - RS232 to Fibre

With the ability to communicate distances up to 100 metres, the twin plastic fibre optics cable allows for full duplex communication up to 19200 baud. With a switchable DTE/DCE configuration, the fibre supports Xon/Xoff software handshakes, and can simply clamp onto the end of the GO232, making installation easy. Available with ST connectors for glass fibre, this can allow transmissions of up to eight kilometres.
