Geodivining International specialises in Unconventional Exploration Services for groundwater, minerals, and hydrocarbons.

GEODIVINING Directly detects groundwater sources, precious metals, polymetallic ore bodies, and other valuable mineral deposits, as well as oil and gas reservoirs, using pre-calibrated cut-off criteria determining minimum viable yield, volume, grade, or other attrribute, at any depth.

As a stand-alone exploration method, or working alongside geologists and geophysicists, our unique Remote-sensory Biophysics provides an ideal front-line exploration technique for direct location and assessment of underground resources on-shore or off-shore at any depth. With 3D modelling capability Geodivining techniques can map and model geological structures and boundaries, assess aquifer reserves, optimally productive depth ranges and yield potentials; ore body depths, volumes and grades; Oil and gas reservoir boundaries, depths, volumes and yield potentials; and other characteristics.

Geodivining International provides unique Specialist Troubleshooting Services in all sectors of Exploration.

In the groundwater sector, with 21 years experience and more than 2500 successful developments completed, we have a broad database that proves sector-leading drilling success rates for high yield water supplies. Stats from troubleshooting work prove that Geodivining can successfully locate and develop high yields even where other experts have failed to find any water, typically achieving 5-fold to 10-fold yield-per-metre productivity improvements, and often achieving >10-fold up to 50-fold better productivity. Geodivining International is the go-to consultancy for all drilling companies for troubleshooting to find and develop groundwater resources in difficult regions or specific sites where drilling efforts have so far found little or no water. Time and time again we deliver spectacular results matching or exceeding client's water supply requirements with a 97% drilling project success rate, including first-strike drilling success rates above 85% in all regions.

Hydrocarbon migration pathways, traps and reservoir characteristics are analagous to groundwater flowpaths, barriers and aquifer characteristics, but at greater depths within developing and mature sedimetary basins or troughs. Hydrocarbons are directly detected and differentiated by their unique chemistry and low density. Our fast and efficient pre-licensing remote-sensory capability enables licensor governments and prospective licensees to establish block prospectivity at an early stage and at low cost compared to regional or large area seismic surveys, facilitating rapid field development by focussing conventional exploration resources on the most prospective areas with optimum efficiency. Projects so far undertaken have included correct calls on non-prospective exploration sites, correct corroboration of economically viable hydrocarbon reservoirs on part-explored prospects, successful troubleshooting after failed exploration wells achieved through new structural interpretation followed by successful reservoir developments, new discoveries within mature oilfields of the North Sea basin, and new oilfield discoveries in the 1990's in Atlantic continental shelf environments and in 2002 in the Albertine Basin within the Western Rift Valley of Uganda. So far Geodivining has helped discover and develop over 3 billion barrels of oil with a 100% success rate for correct interpretations proved by drilling, both negative and positive. For oil companies the cost of failed exploration wells is especially high and it is just as important to determine where not to drill as to determine where to drill for success and optimum productivity.

In the mining sector similar principles apply but the criteria determining economic viability are much more complex. Across the mining industry the conversion rate from exploration prospects to actual working mines is less than 1%. Data from Geodivining projects in the mineral exploration field indicate that with Geodivining fully integrated into a mining major's exploration team, exploration productivity can be improved up to 10-fold, and prospect to mine conversion rates up to 5% may be achievable.

Water well drillers, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production companies, and Mineral Exploration and Mining Companies wishing to enhance efficiency and productivity should do well to incorporate Geodivining into your exploration strategy. Contact Doug Bates in Scotland to find out how.
