At GJF Fabrications we offer a complete in house signwriting service designed to be a cost-effective alternative to hiring a third party sign-writer. Our graphic design department can create vinyl corporate logos and identities to customer specifications. These can then be affixed to containers prior to delivery meaning your containers are ready for immediate use. Our graphic designers will work with our customers to create a bespoke design based on customer details and this can include corporate colours and text. We have created many designs and identities for well-known companies throughout the UK.
With over 25 years of experience in the design and manufacture of open skips our customers are assured of high quality construction and design. Our open skips feature fully welded interior and exterior plate seams as well as full welding along the top channels. Our open skips come with a 6mm base for extra durability as well as substantial gussets in all four skip corners. Skip channels and side plates are fitted with lugs, which are fully welded on the inside and the outside. GJF Fabrications also takes safety seriously and when doors are installed we provide a secondary mechanism that acts as a failsafe measure in case of door hinge failure.
The highest care is taken with the technical standards of our compactors especially throughout the design of hooklifts and specified materials. We fully assess material gauges and fittings to ensure they are in accordance with tonnage ratings for specific applications. Our compactors come with fully welded plate seams and we ensure they are sufficient with relation to the lifting weight. Compactors feature brushed wheels and door hinges to ensure that seizure does not occur as well as providing an enhanced lifespan. Our compactor locks feature both primary and secondary mechanisms as well as anti-recoil devices and door return labyrinths come fitted with a spring clip to ensure doors do not spring open.

We continually invest in technology that will enhance our manufacturing processes and this includes the latest laser profile cutting equipment and robotic welding technology as well as CNC sawing and drill line equipment. We have also installed the latest custom built spray booths to ensure our products receive a more durable finish during the primer and enamel paint top coats.
