First Choice IT is a fixed price computer repair service aimed at the home computer user market. The idea is simple really. If you have a problem with a home PC or Laptop then you can call out me out to repair this for you.
We come to your home and give an diagnosis and repair. If that is not possible then we will take your machine away and repair it at my workshops and return it to you for no extra charge. All you pay for is the fixed price agreed with us to repair your PC or Laptop and any parts that are needed.
Most repairs involving data transfers, new hard drives, operating system rebuilds and virus and malware removal are best done in our workshop where we have access to more tools and equipment than I can carry with me.
If you would prefer then you can drop off your PC or Laptop to us for repair to take advantage of a discount on our already great value prices.
If we are not able to repair your PC or Laptop then you won't pay a penny - we are that confident!
