Architectural

We often work with people in the architectural world, designing and manufacturing, as well as installing artistic metalwork for interior and exterior use. Working for both domestic and commercial clients, we have the capabilities to offer an all round service, from designing a product to match your requirements, to on site fabrication and installation. Our work has included staircases, ornate bridges, balconies, and escape and access stairs. We can provide finishes such as powder coating, polished stainless steel, and painting, and have the problem solving skills to provide cost effective solutions for a wide range of needs.

Obstacle Lighting

We manufacture obstacle lighting in a range of voltages, with options such as inbuilt lamp failure telemetry, and flash mode, ensuring that they meet ICAO and CAA recommendations. At the heart of all our designs is ease of installation and maintenance, and this philosophy has seen our products used in contracts around the world. Our team work hard to meet your requirements, with low or medium intensity lamps, emergency tower lighting, floodlighting, automated control boxes, and lockable isolator units among the many options available. We manufacture our products using only the highest quality corrosion resistant materials, with domes made of toughened safety glass.

Anchors

We supply a range of anchors to stabilize structures, including:

• Chemical anchors – With polyester resin and quartz granules inside a capsule, plus a phial hardener, the studs have shapes tips to ensure the adhesive is thoroughly mixed when driven through the capsule.
• Delta Anchors – Triangular shape, with alloy casing, giving minimum resistance when driven into the ground and maximum holding power.
• Indented Foundation Bolts – Mild steel with one full nut and flat washer each.
• Masonry Anchor Bolts – Suitable for concrete and masonry, and ideal for overhead work.
• Screw Type Ground Anchors – Anchors supports of all descriptions including trench sheeting, towers, constructional steelwork, and overhead line poles.
• Through Bolts – A cost effective, economy option for fixing into concrete.  

Antenna Mounting & Support Steelwork

We have a wide range of series brackets and assembly kits in stock, meaning we can despatch them for next day delivery. In addition to this, we can manufacture non standard brackets to your drawing specifications. Our range includes aerial tilt brackets, which can adjust a mounted dish up or down horizontally, or channel wall brackets for 48 dia, 1000 and 2000 series poles. Our double antenna mounts can be ordered to suit your tower leg size, and our new roof mount frames are idea for projects where the installation prohibits permanent fixing.

Cable & Feeder Fixing/Systems

If you are installing cable ladders or trays, we can help find a support system solution to suit your requirements. We have many support brackets in stock, or can make them to meet your unique specifications. Our products include clamps, ladders, support saddles, ties, cable tray and accessories, channel support, feeder clamps, feeder support clamps, hose clips, top hate brackets, and vertical cable tray brackets. We can help you find the right size to suit your post, and whether you require heavy duty or economy models, our team can help you find the right product.

Climbing & Safety Equipment

Our climbing and safety equipment is used to assist riggers to climb safely, as well as preventing trespassers from entering your site. Whether it's simple barbed wire, or a full anti-climbing frame, we ensure your property is kept safe. Our climbing rungs are available for most standard tube sizes, as well as wooden poles, and we supply climbing ladders with or without caging. The Railok fall arrest system is designed for vertical ladders or lattice towers, offering permanent protection whether climbing or working in a stationary position.  

Earthing Equipment

Our earthing equipment is essential for safety, and our stock includes:

• Earth clamps and fixings – Including metallic and non-metallic tape, clips, test, and junction clamps.
• Earth conductors – Solutions include tapes and inspection pits, just ask our team who can help you find the right product.
• Inspection pits – Available in polymer or concrete.
• Lightning protection – Lightning finials, brackets, and bonding strips available.

Guy Hardware

Guy hardware ensures that structures are safely secured, and our products include bow shackles that can support loads from 203 to 2032 kg, as well as galvanised D-Shackles that can handle 254 to 2540 kg. We supply long link chain in 6 to 12mm sizes, in either galvanised or stainless steel, as well as thimble and wire rope grips. Our turnbuckles are drop forged and proof loaded tested to a high specification, and we supply wire and fibre ropes in three types of construction.
