Based in Exmouth, Devon, we have been manufacturing printed circuit boards of the highest quality for nearly 50 years, and have stayed on the cutting edge of technology to become one of the UK's leading manufacturers of PCBs. In 2011, we moved to a new, purpose built factory, one of the few dedicated PCB factories in the UK, and this allows us to manufacture a wide range of circuit boards to our client's specifications. We have also built close relationships with many major Asian PCB manufacturers, enabling us to offer cost effective manufacturing through these facilities, but still keeping the level of service and support you'd expect from a UK company.  

UK Manufacturing

We can provide high end PCBs from our base in the UK, delivering your project to tight deadlines, with the broadest technology requirements catered for. We can create multilayers up to 24 layers, buried and blind via multilayers, PTH, and metal backed and depth milled PTFE circuits. Our production facility is ISO9001:2008 registered, with around 120 people and brand new equipment installed to increase our capabilities. We embrace the principles of lean manufacturing, and are in the process of embarking on a 2 year programme of training staff to ensure they are up to date with all advances in the industry.  

Capabilities

Whether you need basic single sided boards, or multilayer PCBs, we have the capabilities to create custom products for a wide range of industries. Our past clients have included those working in automotive, aerospace, deep well monitoring, and even the cosmetic surgery industries, giving us the skills and experience to work on your project. We can create a board thickness from 0.25mm to 5.5mm, with up to 24 layers, and sizes of up to 684mm x 610mm. Some of our new equipment includes main plating line, desmear, etch line, drill and routing machines, and testers, giving us the capability to deal with the most complex of requirements.  

Offshore Manufacturing

If your order requires a very high volume, or regular repeats, it may not be cost effective to manufacture in the UK, and that's why we have established close, strategic partnerships with many Asian PCB manufacturers. This allows you to enjoy overseas pricing, while still ensuring a high quality standard, and support from staff in the UK. Our dedicated office in China helps us keep full control of the process, and employing people directly, rather than through an agent, means we can ensure our customer's requirements are met and are kept as a top priority.  

Materials

We use a wide range of suppliers for materials including Rogers, Arlon, Taconic, Neltec, Flex Materials, Isola, Ventec, Grace, and Kingboard, giving you plenty of choices and ensuring the highest levels of quality for your finished product. Your product can be finished with a wide range of surface finishes including electroless nickel immersion gold, electrolyic (hard) gold, silver, leaded HASL (hot air solder level), lead free HASL, immersion tin, or OSP (organic surface protection).
