We are a UK-based independent manufacturer of oscillators, quartz crystals, filters and frequency-related products. For over forty years, we have been manufacturing and supplying an extensive range of standard and custom frequency control components to customers in more than 70 countries.
In 2019 we installed two class 7 cleanrooms to enable us to develop new products in our UK facility.
As manufacturers, we maintain a dual "from stock or made-to-order" system in order to provide the highest levels of customer service.
Our engineering team is highly experienced in the design and manufacture of electronic filter components and quartz crystals and are happy to give advice and assistance. We nurture design and development partnerships with our customers, who can be assured that our designers and production engineers will be there to assist with major product upgrades and the development of new technology as well as with production and logistic operations.
We have a broad-based policy toward our product range in order to provide maximum flexibility. As such, we have specialist expertise in several product areas, particularly with custom electronic filters, radiation-tolerant oscillators for satellite or high-altitude aerospace applications, and high-reliability oscillators for defence-related applications.
We are AS9100 revD certified, operating a complete quality system with full traceability and regular auditing.
We manufacture a comprehensive range of quartz crystals and maintain stock of crystals in most popular package styles, specifications and frequencies for fast delivery. If we do not stock the crystal you require, we can provide bespoke crystals to specification in as little as three working days.

We manufacture oscillators in a comprehensive range of packages and output types, including PECL, HCMOS and LVDS. We make oscillators for a diverse range of applications, from low-cost clock oscillators to high-reliability units for aerospace and defence applications. We offer short delivery lead times, even for production quantities with our XpressO configurable oscillator range.
A wide supply voltage range of from 1.0 to 5.0 Volts can be specified for many HCMOS output SMD oscillators.
We have recently introduced the EQXO75000 series of military specification 7x5mm ceramic packaged clock oscillators manufactured in our new class7 cleanrooms.
We also offer low EMI oscillators which use spread-spectrum technology and can reduce EMI by
- 12dB, making these oscillators a true 'EMI solution in one package'.
We offer a wide range of resonators, including ZTTC - SMD resonators with and without capacitors in frequencies ranging from 2.0 MHz to 50.0 MHz. We also offer ZTT resonators, including ceramic resonators with built-in phase-shift capacitors, and ceramic resonators for FM and general applications. These resonators feature stability tolerance of ±0.3%. A comprehensive selection of frequency ranges is available.
We produce a full range of standard filters and also offer custom filters to specification, including ceramic, helical, microwave and monolithic crystal filters.
Ceramic filters include discriminators and traps with frequency range from 4.5 MHz to 6.5 MHz. Ceramic filters are available in 4 element or 6 elements.
Our helical filters feature low insertion loss and impedance and small group/phase delay. They can be manufactured to any Fo between 55 MHz to 1600 MHz with a customer-specified centre frequency and bandwidth with no NRE design charges.
Monolithic Crystal filters are available in a range of standard specifications for general and other applications including UHF mobile radio, cellular and cordless telephone.
We offer microwave filters to specification.
Our extensive range of VCXOs are available in a wide variety of packages with CMOS, LVDS, PECL or Sine Wave outputs.

Greenray Industries Inc has surpassed industry standards to create the SMD TCXO - T1220. The device is applicable in the most demanding environments, is fully portable as well as airborne, and benefits from tight stability, low input power (virtually no heat dissipation) and no warm up time. Making it applicable to nearly any process where temperature stabilities more commonly associated with oven controlled temperature compensated (OCXO) devices are required. The devices are a rugged build and very compact, with the industry-standard surface mount package measuring just 20.3 x 12.7 x 8.4mm. These devices come in frequencies between 10 to 50MHz and with either a 3.5 or 5V supply.
As a frequency control specialist we are able to offer a new range of configurable surface mount oscillators that are available on a two week leadtime for production quantities. The Xpress0 range has been configured for any application requiring an oscillator including SONET, Ethernet, storage area networks, broadband access, microprocessors/DSP/FPGA, test and measurement, industrial controllers and fibre channel. The typical specification of 1ps phase jitter, is around ten times better than programmable parts, while the start up time of 10ms and operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C, make these high performance frequency control devices a very attractive package.
