Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management

Our company has been an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) centre since 2007 and we offer an extensive range of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) in Management. We offer the ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management, which has been specifically designed for project and site managers as well as middle managers. This diploma is an ideal solution for learners who are developing middle management skills helping to ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust processes in the workplace. Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Management

Esteem Ltd offers an ILM Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Management. This diploma is specifically designed for senior managers who already possess a high degree of resource deployment skills as well as experience in reaching strategic goals. The level 7 diploma will help managers to enhance strategic management skills as well as provide the tools and training needed to provide leadership and coaching to other managers. Performance+

Our Perfomance+ business improvement programme has been specifically tailored for senior managers, directors and owners. Performance+ aims to ensure that good practice can be implemented and will provide candidates with a NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management. Our Perfomance+ programme offers a number of business benefits including the development of skills needed to implement business improvements as well as learning vital management skills. The Performance+ course takes place over eight months and includes eight half day business improvement workshops and nine online advisory sessions. Our workshops also provide the opportunity to meet like-minded business owners and directors to share skills, experiences and best practice methods.

Online+

Our seven month Online+ NVQ programme has been designed to provide site, project and line managers with the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management without the need to attend on-site classes. Online+ offers eight webinars as well as a library of online resource materials and utilises Accelerated Learning methods throughout the programme. We offer a number of support options tailored to your specific requirements and candidates can work at an accelerated pace to suit their requirements and timeframes. Management+ consists of a specifically designed series of management topics that can be taken during a workshop or during a full programme leading to a qualification.
