SBEM calculations

Document L2A of the Building Regulations states that all new buildings must be designed to a standard such that the calculated Building CO2 Emission Rate (BER) is no less than a defined Target CO2 Emission Rate (TER). Energy Performance Certificates

Government regulations state that all commercial buildings that are to be sold or let must possess Energy Performance Certification. Energytest can help you achieve it – quickly, efficiently and professionally. We aim to complete EPC assessments within 14 working days, and we’ll carry out the necessary surveys at a time that is most convenient to you. Most importantly, Energytest only ever use accredited Commercial Energy Assessors, so you can rest assured of total compliance. Discounts are available for multiple orders.

Air Leakage Testing

Energytest are registered members of the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing, which means our air leakage test reports will be accepted as evidence for Building Regulations sign-off. We employ a dedicated team of air test engineers who are vastly experienced in carrying out tests on buildings of all types and sizes, and who will provide all the assistance and advice you need throughout the construction process. We aim to complete all air leakage tests within 5 working days, and our flexible approach means we can attend your site at a time that is most suitable for you.
