Fastback Binding

Elmstok is equipped with an extensive selection of Fastback binding equipment including super strips, lay flat binding strips, linen binding strips, acetate covers, strip binding machines, and image wrappers among much, much more. The cost effective Fastback Studio Binding System consists of the Fastback 9 Binder, the Powis Stitcher and the Fastback Hardcover Guide. Combined, these devices create an easy to use system for producing photobooks and presentation books quickly and with ease. Ideal for professional photographers and print shops, the Studio Binding System allows you to stitch, bind and assemble duplex-printed sheets to a professional standard.

Impress Binding and Channel Binding

From hard binding covers to Impressbind and Channelbind binding machines, our extensive range of hard binding equipment will have something to suit. The Impressbind 140 Binding Machine is able to create both hard and soft cover items and is ideally suited for smaller volume requirements. Compact whilst still outputting to a high professional standard, the 140 can produce stylish bound documents in under 15 seconds and is one of the fastest binding methods on the market. The 140 can handle A5, A4 and A3 covers, creating incredibly secure documents via the simple, manual operation.

Wire Binding Machines & Supplies

Elmstok is able to provide a wide range of wire binding machines and supplies from binding wires, desktop cutters and punch tools to wire spools, plastic slide binders and acetate covers. Our selection also includes a wide choice in electric binding machines by Renz such as the ECO-E 2:1 Heavy Duty Electric Wire Binding Machine which offers heavy duty capabilities and the ability to produce wire bound documents up to 280 sheets long. Outputting to a professional standard, the ECO-E can punch up to 30 sheets in one operation via the use of a foot pedal.

Pouch Laminating

A wide range of pouch laminators from top quality brands can be found at Elmstok including models from Acco, Filex, GMP, ElmPro, and GBC. The Acco Ibico IL-19 VT A2 Professional Pouch Laminator provides high performance functionality up to A2 size. This hot seal laminator comes with an adjustable temperature setting which provides smooth lamination every time. Ideally suited for use in schools, council offices and print and copy shops, the IL-19 VT laminates both posters and signage up to a maximum thickness of 3.5mm and can even cope with smaller documents down to ID card size. The IL-19 VT also takes just two minutes to warm up ready for use.

Xyron Pro Cold Laminators

Elmstok is fully equipped to provide high quality pro cold laminators by Xyron including roll laminators, laminator and adhesive machines and all the related accessories and sundries. An Elmstok bestseller, the Xyron Pro 1255 A3 Adhesive and Laminating Machine is compatible with up to A3 sized work and functions as a cold single-side laminator and an adhesive applicator without the need for heat or electricity. Work is fed in and processed via the manual handle for a fast, effective, smell and mess free operation. Lamination and adhesive cartridges can be simply dropped in for easy switching between functions.

Roll Fed Laminators

Our range includes cold roll laminators, single-sided laminators, and double-sided laminators to name but a few. A model that provides outstanding value for money, the Matrix MX-530 Single-Sided Roll Laminator is a single-sided laminator that provides fast and simple functionality. Perfect for finishing all types of digital print work to a professional standard, the MX-530 can take work up to 500mm in width via its semi-automatic feeder that features a convenient auto-overlap function.

Ideal Guillotines and Trimmers

Elmstok can supply a wide range of guillotines and trimmers from IDEAL including wide format trimmers, desktop guillotines, free-standing guillotines, electric guillotines, and desktop rotary trimmers, as well as associated products such as guillotine cutting sticks and spare blades. A compact cutter ideal for all purposes, the IDEAL 4205 Office Guillotine with Stand provides precision cutting and a durable construction. Operated manually, the 4205 comes with the 'SCS' Safety Cutting System from IDEAL which offers a range of superb safety features such as the transparent safety guard that locks automatically when cutting is in progress.

Shredders & Bags

Elmstok stocks a huge selection of IDEAL shredders and bags perfectly suited to both smaller and larger capacity offices. Our range includes desktop units and high capacity shredders with heavy duty shredder bags also available. The IDEAL 3803 High Volume Shredder can not only cope with large amounts of work but can also take materials of a larger format, even CDs and continuous computer print outs. Featuring IDEAL's Safety Protection System, the 3803 includes automatic stop functionality and an Easy Switch indicator which clearly displays the operational status of the shredder. The 3803 takes 160 litre shredder bags and comes with cuttings shafts that are guaranteed for five years.

Paper Drills & Punches

A fantastic range of paper drills and punches can be found at Elmstok including desktop corner cutters, punch cutters, heavy duty punches, paper drills and paper drill bits. The Rapid HDC 300 Heavy Duty Punch is capable of punching up to 300 sheets of 80gsm paper in one easy movement. The HDC 300 features a centering paper guide specifically designed for use with A4 paper that can be folded down when using larger paper sizes. Both the punching cutters and punching discs can be replaced when worn while the handle comes with a safety locking device for peace of mind.

Business Card Cutters

Elmstok's business card cutters range includes the Ultra Cut 130, a high speed desktop cutter that can also be combined with the optional scoring and perforating modules for a cost effective all-in-one piece of equipment. The Ultra cut 130 is capable of creating cut business cards, photo cards, postcards, vouchers, tickets and other related items at up to 130 cards every minute to a professional standard. Jobs are set up automatically and an on-demand business card making service is available with the use of the 'Cut Mark Detection' feature. Up to 12 jobs can be stored in the internal memory as well for fast and efficient operation.

Collators & Collating Machines

Elmstok's extensive product range includes high quality collators and booklet makers including models by Duplo and Autobookie. The Duplo 120C Suction Fed Booklet Maker and Collator System provides a completely automated booklet-making facility. The system comprises of a DSC-10/20 suction-fed collator and a DBM-120 booklet maker and comes with the option to add a DBM-120T trimmer. With the ability to create up to 2,400 A5 booklets every hour, the 120C is a fantastic space and time saving device for short print runs requiring quick turnarounds. The Autobookie Pro Booklet Maker, Folder and Stapler is a tabletop machine ideally suited for smaller organisations. The Autobookie Pro is able to fold and staple both A4 and A5 booklets up to 60 pages long.

Staplers, Stichers & Staples

With models compatible with a wide range of top brand names, Elmstok carries a vast selection of staplers, staples and stitchers. We can provide both the IDEAL 8520 and 8550 Max 50 electric staplers which are perfectly suited for use in copy rooms and mail rooms in both large and small offices. The electric staplers are capable of dispensing 2,000 and 5,000 staples respectively without the need to reload. They are also capable of stapling up to 20 and up to 50 sheets of paper, respectively, with ease. The patented  flat stapling system also means stapled sheets stack away neatly.

Fuji Poster Printers & Papers

For all your poster printing needs, Elmstok is fully equipped to supply the high quality Fuji T3000 Poster Printer and Epson DS6500 Scanner in a fantastic and cost effective package. Either from a computer or A4 scans, the T3000 can produce full colour A1 posters with ease. We are also Europe's biggest stockist of Fuji poster printer paper with a range that includes thermal transfer paper, direct thermal paper, and thermal transfer HD paper. Our Fuji poster printer paper is also compatible with Varitronics and Midas printers as well as the Fuji Pro Image printer system.

Risograph Inks & Masters

Elmstok carries a wide range of Risograph inks and masters suitable for both duplicators and copiers, with a selection that includes ink in various colours as well as High Density versions. Suitable for Riso GR duplicators and copiers, we stock blue, red, black, and black HD inks as well as GR masters. Our Risograph ink and masters product range also includes versions compatible with RA and RC Riso duplicators, GR Riso duplicators, RN Riso duplicators, RP Riso duplicators, and RZ Riso duplicators. We can also provide soy ink for Riso duplicators and copiers.

Duprinter Copiers

Elmstok can provide a fantastic selection of Duplo Duprinter copiers and duplicators including such models as the DP-J450, DP-M300, DP-M400, DP-U550, DP-U850, and DP-U950. The Duplo DP-M400 Duprinter Digital Duplicator has been developed to order to provide fast and cost-effective duplication. A floor-standing unit, the DP-M400 uses ink instead of toner for instant printing without the lengthy warm-up times associated with copiers. Capable of producing 130 copies a minute, this machine can duplicate originals via its scanner or direct from the computer via the USB interface and can even print on card and windowed envelopes as well as paper.
