Rotary Printed Labels

This is one of our longest-established departments, and it now possesses a variety of state-of-the-art printing presses. Rotary printed labels can be used to promote your brand, or to provide size and washcare information. Either way, these labels are one of the most inexpensive ways to carry your brand. We can provide labels with up to 6 colours on the front, and up to 2 colours printed on the reverse. We use fabrics and inks that are Oeko-Tex approved, meaning they allow for a fully environmentally friendly labelling concept. Labels can be cut using ultrasonic processes for added softness. Materials include polyester, polyester satin, acetate satin, nylon, woven-edged satin (various colours), cotton and coated cotton, herringbone tapes, and self adhesive satin stickers.

Computer Aided Quality Wovens

Here at Elite Labels, we are constantly making investments into the very latest label making machinery. Our Taffetta and satin weaving looms are linked to our CAD systems, allowing us to be flexible with production schedules and to deliver to short lead times. Self Adhesives

Elite Labels offers a large selection of self-adhesive labels for a wide range of applications. They are used for clothing, cosmetics, food and beverages, promotional material, and electrical goods. We'll help you to choose the most appropriate label to suit your application. We'll also provide a fast turnaround on your products, since all artwork and plate-making is done in-house. We already have a wide range of cutter shapes and sizes, but we can make bespoke ones if required. Self-adhesive labels can be UV Varnished and printed with up to five different colours. Additional variable information and barcodes can also be added.

Swing Tickets

A swing ticket is probably the most important label in your promotion. They are usually the first to catch the eye, and provide the vital link between your product and the brand image. External Garment Branding

There are a number of ways to make your garment stand out, and one of the best is to use woven and rubber badges which give an exclusive image to your product. These can be embossed and can have a variety of surfaces and textures. Our badges have proven to be an exceptionally effective promotional and marketing tool. Rubber badges are available in a range of sizes and can be laser cut anywhere within the design. Woven badges can be overlocked on the edges or can be supplied with an iron-on adhesive backing. Finishing

Our labels can be supplied in either roll or cut form and may have specialist finishes if required. Several types and shapes are provided for cut and fold on our printed woven/fabric labels: hot cut into single, cut and end-folded, cut and mitre-folded, cut and looped, and Manhattan fold. Heat Transfers

Elites Labels Ltd manufactures heatseal transfer prints, including full colour litho and single colour screen prints, as well as a wide range of glitter and glow in the dark prints. High street stores all around the world use these high quality garment decorations. Heatseal transfer badges are applied to the garment using a machine which applies an appropriate amount of heat and pressure. There are no limitations as to the image you use, so you can even print photographs. What's more, they do not crack when the garment is stretched. There is no minimum order quantity, and samples can provided within 5-7 days.
