(Samsung) Pick and Place Machines

In terms of pick and place machines, we supply the SM482 flexible mounter, which is a highly reliable machine with an extremely low cost of ownership thanks to the simple X/Y/Z structure. Users can quickly learn how to get the most from this machine due to its easy to use software.

We also supply the Samsung EXCEN small footprint chipshooter, which boasts a high speed modular mounter with a high speed rotary head equipped with 16 nozzles. EXCEN's mounters are the fastest in the world in their class, and they assure reliability of fine chip placement by using a variety of monitoring systems.

Reflow Ovens

The SMT Reflow Batch Oven has a compact design, automatic processing and a process area of 400mm by 300mm. It also has a motor-driven drawer to allow automated process flow, a large viewing window for monitoring and a unique pause function to allow for process evaluation.

Among our range of reflow ovens are high performance ovens manufactured by Folungwin, the number 1 supplier of electronic manufacturing equipment in China. Some of the most significant features of these reflow systems are their power saving functions, accurate temperature control, unique flux management and clean process tunnels. Folungwin reflow ovens come in 8 zone, 10 zone and 12 zone varieties, but all have a conveyor speed of 50-2000mm/min, energy reduction of 1/3 compared to similar systems, and heater blower speed control.

Screen Printers

If you need a screen printer with accuracy, repeatability and a solid frame, we have the Folungwin Win 8 Automatic SMT screen printer. It is a fantastic machine that boasts many features usually only seen on printers of twice the cost. Another notable feature is the motor driven squeegee control, with constant feedback to adjust the pressure.

We can also provide SMT manual assisted screen printers. These have high precision linear guideways, pneumatically controlled and adjusted squeegee pressure and a universal jig for double sided printing. Their independent X, Y and theta adjustment and locking assures that PCB clamping is rigid, and repeatability is excellent.

X-Ray Inspection System

When you need to assure that products are free from defects such as misshapen pieces, cracks or voids, X-ray inspection systems are essential. These systems can also be used for checking the weight of products.

For an easy fit into your production area, consider the bench top x-ray system, which has a micro focus x-ray tube, focus size of 5µm and max voltage of 90kV. It has an inspection area of 450mm by 400mm and an XY manipulator.

If you have more space available, you could opt for the standalone x-ray inspection system. This has an inspection area of 330mm by 250mm and an XYZ manipulator with detector tilt.
