Stencil Rolls

Designed to clear stencil apertures from residual solder paste, our high performance wiper paper is available in both standard and vacuum grades.  Made from quality polyester cellulose materials that offer both high absorbency levels and exceptional strength, our wiper paper will meet even the most sophisticated of requirements. Purchasing low quality products can result in defects occurring such as smearing and bridging, so it is essential to invest in high-quality products that are capable of removing excess solder paste quickly and efficiently. We manufacture and supply such products and can even tailor rolls to suit exact requirements. Each role is individually packed in ESD safe packaging and all material is centered on each core.

Swabs

Edson Electronics specialise in manufacturing a range of high-quality foam swabs suited for both industrial purposes, and general hobbies such as photography. Used for cleaning high-precision electronics, our full range of foam swabs are lint and dust free, with the heads consisting of 100ppi reticulated polyurethane foam. Our swabs are adhesive-free, helping to prevent contamination during cleaning processes. Renowned and used extensively within the digital printing industry, our popular printer and flexi swabs can be used to clean printer heads of printers made by such notable brands such as Epsom and Mimaki. In addition to our high-quality standard foam swabs we are also proud suppliers of self-saturating IPA "Popule" swabs. Motherboards, cameras, and magnetic strip readers are among other electronic devices that our foam swabs are suitable for.

Wipes

Box Wipes 

Made from hydraulically interlaced fibres, our non-woven wipes were designed for tasks such as cleaning, drying, and the handling of sensitive components and equipment. Combining soft yet strong polyester with highly absorbent cellulose, our high-quality wipes are chemically pure, tear resistant, and non-abrasive wet or dry, allowing for both a delicate and effortless clean on any surface. Sized 228mm x 210mm, wipes are C-folded and dispensed in a recyclable, non-static generative box.
 
PreWipe 

 
Our high-quality, pre-saturated tub wipes (PreWipes) offer a cost-efficient solution for cleaning solder paste, inks, and flux among other residues left during the SMT process. Made from a low linting material and offering outstanding strength, our PreWipes are also substantial in size, measuring up at 200mm x 200mm. We also recommend this product as an effective solution for cleaning tape drives, tape heads, and PCBs.

Anti Static Paint

We are manufacturers of our own innovative, anti-static paints in the forms of our Electroguard E30 and Electroguard A40 products. Our Electroguard E30 product is an inexpensive, uncomplicated, and chemical-resistant static dissipative Polyurethane paint consisting of two components, pre-measured for convenience. The paint can be applied by brush or roller to protect sensitive areas that are otherwise vulnerable to the costly effects of static build up. Highly durable with an attractive satin finish, the E30 anti-static paint also provides an effective means of grounding personnel. The Electroguard A40 product is a single water pack based static dissipative acrylic paint.
