Precision Machining

We provide various precision machining services such as CNC milling, CNC turning, and CNC wire and spark erosion. We use state of the art equipment in order to produce high quality results. Tooling and Repairs

Injection Moulding

CNC milling

We provide horizontal and vertical CNC milling services. CNC Turning

CNC turning is the method whereby parts are produced by turning the rod material and feeding a cutting tool into the turning material. The cutting tool can be fed at a range of angles to produce the desired result. Various shapes can be made in plain, taper, contour, fillet and radius profiles. Many CNC turning processes use a single axis of revolutions but multiple axis can be used to provide greater flexibility. CNC turning is often combined with other processes such as CNC milling to create the desired result.

CNC Spark Erosion

We provide CNC spark erosion services to customers in a range of industries such as medical, automotive and aerospace. Spark erosion is a manufacturing process created for removing excess material that other machining processes cannot achieve. It is used for machining challenging pieces and involves the work piece and the tool being connected to a direct current creating a spark between the two.
