Confidentiality is incredibly important to us and it is for this reason that all of our transcriptionists are asked to sign confidentiality agreements prior to working. Copies of these agreements can be provide to customers on request. Furthermore, once transcription has been completed on a specific case our policy is to remove all audio and word documents from our system.
