Tooling Abrasives

Here at Delapena we offer a complete range of horizontal, vertical and heavy duty tooling as well as special tooling to suit specific customer requirements. The range is complemented by our selection of standard and super abrasives that has been created to meet almost all honing industry requirements (size, geometry and surface finish). Honing Oil

We are continually researching the industry and developing our products and services in order to meet the demands of the industry. We have made improvements in a number of areas during the years focussing on key factors such as: surface finish, operator health and safety, oil longevity, environmental impact, lubricity and reduced tool wear. We are pleased to offer Delapena Extra Honing Oil (light in colour, designed to improve honing consistency on smaller components such as cylinders, gears, control bushes and injection pumps) and Delapena HD2 Heavy Duty Honing Oil (dark in colour, ideal for heavy duty and large diameter honing applications).
