Dearson Tools Ltd have been established since 1968 and have used their extensive experience to create simple solutions for complex engineering problems. Presswork

We have invested a lot of time and money in acquiring the very best of technology and staff, all of which have greatly benefited our presswork. It is thanks to this cutting edge attitude that we can take on even the most challenging of projects. Our presswork capability now stands at up to 200 tonnes and we are not going to stop there. All our services are extremely high quality but are also cost effective and provide customers with a viable, effective solution.

Sub Contract Engineering

We are proud to be ISO an 9001/2000 certified organisation for our in-house production facilities. It is due to this accreditation as well as our own philosophy that we strive to deliver our services at the highest of standards at all times. This is also true of our sub-contracted machining, as this will not just affect the level of service but other issues such as health and safety. Some of these sub contract machining activities include CNC precision machined parts, presswork, assembly work and testing.

Precision Engineering

Over the years we have gained a wealth of experience in producing high quality, precision engineered components. Whether it be a small batch or a large volume of precision components, our process remains the same, efficient, fast and high quality. We also offer a wide range of materials for the components to be made from, these include basic plastics and metals all the way to exotic substrates such as Inconel and Titanium. For over 40 years we have set the highest standards for innovative, high quality technology and services. We also have an extensive variety of CNC wire erosion which allows us to deliver an excellent standard of service to all of our customers. Thanks to our years of experience and the many specialist staff and equipment we employ, we can provide the automotive industry with high quality cutting tools.
