This unit features specifically engineered twin AC servos and is directly coupled to an eccentric shaft to produce high hit rates at the optimum stroke length. Laser Cutting

Here at DB Sheetmetals Ltd, we use state-of-the-art equipment to achieve first class laser cutting solutions. The fantastic Amada Quattro Laser machine enables us to carry out laser profiling with incredible precision and it provides us with the flexibility needed to meet a variety of customer requirements. This machine allows us to carry out laser profiling without the additional costs of dedicated tooling. We can work with mild steel up to 6mm thickness and stainless steel up to 2mm clean cut. We are also pleased to meet a range of forming needs using Amada and LVD machines.

The Amada HFB 1003 enables us to bend items up to 3000mm in length (depending on material and thickness).

Other features of the Amada HFB 1003 include:

• Bending Speed – 1 to 10mm/sec
• Return Speed – 1 to 80mm/sec 

The Amada HFP 8025 enables us to increase press break productivity. This unit features 7 CNC controlled axis, flexible back-gauge with powered finger positioning, and AMNC Windows-based network ready control.

Bush/ Standoff Insertion

The PEMSERTER® 2000® automatic fastener/installation press system features a fantastic range of functions to install self-clinching fasteners into thin metal sheets quickly and accurately. The Series 2000 press is easy to operate with a menu-driven touch screen operator interface system. Our engineers are able to adjust installation variables such as dwell time and installation force instantly. They can also return to previous jobs quickly and easily - up to 300 jobs can be referenced and stored on the PEMSERTER 2000. Its LightStream® Operator Safety System provides continuous operator and workpiece protection.

Powder Coating/Wet Spray

At DB Sheetmetals Ltd, we have three powder coating booths and one wet spray booth. We can spray items up to 2500mm in length and can carry out paint pre-treatment via a phosphate wash machine. We can accommodate an extensive range of colours and carry out powder coating services quickly and efficiently within agreed timeframes.

Alongside powder coating/ wet spray services we can also assemble products and pack them to customers’ specifications. We offer nationwide delivery using our own transport to ensure reliability.
