303 Eco Server Cabinet

This is an open structured cabinet comprising of a rigid bolted frame manufactured to IEC297, BS5954 and U-systems standards. It features Universal Mounting Uprights (UMUs), lockable steel doors (with our 5 tumbler swing hand lock and 2-point locking system) and transport castors to allow easy movement to site or location. The 303 Eco Server Cabinet is available in four different widths (600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1500mm) and in depths of 1000mm and 12000mm. It comes complete with side infills and a full set of quick fit blanking panels.

303 Eco Co-Location Cabinets

These cabinets offer you a cost-effective way of utilising available floor space, which in many situations comes at a high premium. There are two versions available: a 42U cabinet and a 48U cabinet. With the first of these you get two 20U compartments and four 9U compartments; in the second you get two 23U compartments and four 11U compartments. Both models are available in widths of 600mm and 800mm and depths of 1000mm and 1200mm. Customers can also choose from two colours: ash grey or black leatherette. 303 Eco High Density Patching Rack

This is a new generation of Eco platform designed to handle modern, complex IT equipment in all environments. It comes fully assembled and configured with cable management and accessories included, reducing equipment deployment time and the overall cost of the project.  The High Density Patching Rack is compatible with hardware and rack mounted equipment from all leading manufacturers. It is ideal for use with both back bone and patching cables of Cat 6 or higher specification. The rack is available in heights of 42U and 48U and in depths of 1000mm or 500mm. Width is 1000mm as standard.

303 Eco Patching Frame

This frame has been designed for high density patching and equipment mounting. It provides maximum room for cable management but does not require a great amount of floor space. Large cable openings and cable management fingers allow large bundles of cables to be easily managed. The frame is available in two heights (42U and 48U), two widths (600mm and 800mm) and two depths (400mm and 600mm). Any combination of height, width and depth is possible. 303 Eco 3 into 2 Rack

This rack offers a unique, space-saving 3-into-2 cabinet solution – it has three 19” bays in two 800mm wide cabinets, meaning you can get the same amount of equipment into a 1600mm wide unit as you can into three 800mm units.  The rack is available in two heights (42U and 48U) and four depths (600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm). Aisle Containment

Effective aisle containment helps to improve the flow of cooled air through data racking and aisles. This in turn helps to reduce equipment failure, to eliminate humidity and static problems, and to reduce energy consumption. 

Recognising that each and every data centre is set up differently, our approach is to offer individual solutions that are tailored to your set-up. We undertake a comprehensive site survey to assess your current cooling arrangements and to identify where improvements can be made. Solutions often include:

• Closing the ends of cold aisles to prevent cold/hot air recirculation and to redirect cold air through the servers.
• Closing in the space above the aisle to prevent air recirculation.
• Balancing airflow through vented floor tiles
• Stopping bypass air through unused U-spaces and vertical gaps between frames and side panels.
• Evening out cold air distribution.

Secure IT Cage

We manufacture a range of high quality Security IT Cages and partitioning systems that allow you to create secure areas for the storage of servers, computers and other valuable equipment.  These are ideal for customers who offer collocation facilities within their data centres. 

Our Security IT Cages are manufactured using only the very best materials and construction methods. Although easily assembled, they are extremely rugged and secure. Customers can choose from vented or solid steel panels as well as various different types of door. A modular construction means they can be modified and expanded as your needs change. 

Optional extras include auto-closing doors, underfloor caging, electronic locks (integrated with your building security system) and corporate logos. 

Airflow Management
