Data Track Process Instruments, based in Christchurch, Dorset, is a part of the Data Track Group. From our Dorset base we design and produce a range of products for process control – PID Controls, Signal Conditioning equipment, tools for Remote Data Acquisition, and Digital Panel Meters. Our products are used in a wide range of applications: temperature control and display, pressure and weighing uses, injection moulding and extrusion work, timers and counters, and alarms.

Data Track produces our Tracker range of products with a view to making practical, flexible, and adaptable devices and tools. Tracker 211

Tracker 212

Tracker 250

Our Tracker 250 product is a specialist device designed especially for use with melt pressure transducers. Injection Moulding & Extrusion

Data Track's Tracker 330 product range offers single-loop integrity for applications that demand multi-loop control – plastic extrusion is a good example. Remote Data Acquisition

Most of our Tracker instruments include both RS485 serial interface ports and USB ports. The serial ports come built with special features: electrical isolation and four different protocols including the widespread Modbus RTU. These features allow a central master device – such as a computer – to run data acquisition software to receive real-time data from the instruments. Our software allows this data to be displayed as user-friendly and easily understood graphics; the data can also be archived for analysis over time, and to it can be used to sound alarms if values go beyond presets. LVDT Transducers
