Croft Engineering is a well-established company with an excellent reputation in the production of high precision components. We specialise in precision grinding, computer numerically controlled (CNC) milling and CNC turning.

We offer precision grinding including cylindrical, centreless and ring grinding. We have extensive experience in CNC milling utilising six vertical machine centres of which two have 4-axis capability. Croft engineering also offers computer numerically controlled turning with our five CNC lathes. Our CNC machines are supported by our highly experienced employees who are adept at manual turning and milling.

Precision Grinding

We offer a precision grinding service that covers centreless, cylindrical, internal and ring grinding. We also offer a bore honing service to provide highly accurate finishing to certain components. Our five, full time grinding staff work to tolerances of .0002” and .0001” if required. All of our components are professionally inspected during and after the grinding process to ensure the best possible end product. Due to our high quality end products we are the preferred suppliers for many aerospace subcontractors and we have long term business relationships with numerous companies as well as supplying one off customers.

CNC Milling

Our professional staff use computer numerically controlled machines to produce premium parts for either low or medium production to ensure your requirements are fulfilled on time. We can machine a wide range of materials including aluminium, tool steel and copper based materials. All of our CNC operators are technically trained to the highest standards to ensure you receive a quality end product.
