Corhaven Sheet Metal Fabrications, of Poole, has been an industry leader in commercial kitchen ventilation systems, bespoke kitchen furniture, and other services, since being established in 1982.

Our products include custom-designed catering furniture – including tables, sinks, wall shelving, cupboards, worktops and counters, and other products. And we have installed our kitchens and ventilation systems in schools, elderly care homes, restaurants, hotels, MOD sites, and other places. We can also equip a kitchen with essential appliances – cooking tops, ovens, refrigeration, and other facilities – Polysafe flooring, and PVC wall cladding.

Ventilation – Extract Canopies

Corhaven manufacturers stainless steel kitchen ventilation (air extraction) canopies using type 304 Austenitic steel. We polish the visible surfaces of our products to a brushed grain. And the welding on our extraction canopies is high-quality – high penetration, reground, and polished to match the original finish. Stainless steel is attractive, durable, aesthetically consonant with other catering appliances, and offers excellent resistance to fire, spills, chemicals, and other elements. Ventilation – Make-Up Air

Heavy-duty ventilation systems in professional kitchens means that a lot of air is being removed from the kitchen at a fast rate. So a professional kitchen must also have a system to make up for the absent air – this allowance can take the form of either a mechanically-introduced air supply or natural infiltration. Corhaven is pleased to offer a mechanical make-up air system to complement our extract ventilation product. Tables, Sinks, Surfaces

Corhaven is pleased to offer stainless steel tables, wall shelving, work surfaces, sink units, and other bespoke units, for your commercial kitchen needs. We use 304-grade brushed stainless steel – we specifically avoid the inferior 430-grade steel used by other companies. Our tables and sinks can be built into under-counter drawers, as well as sliding and hinged doors; and they come with single under-shelves as standard but can be fitted with as many shelves as needed. Dishwasher Tables & Sinks

We build dishwasher tables and worktops suitable to any industrial dishwasher model. The "dirties" table, which is the staging area for soiled cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, and pots and pans, is formed by our designers to allow the dishwasher baskets to slide from the table into the machine. This kind of careful thought in the product design can accrue into substantial time-savings and productivity enhancements for your commercial kitchen. Balustrades

Corhaven offers balustrades fabricated with a high-quality German-engineered balustrade production system. We use 316-grade marine stainless steel for exterior balustrades and 304-grade stainless steel for interior applications. And we use a high-performance resin to glue together the separate balustrade components into an assembled railing. We can also fit our balustrades with 10mm toughened glass panels, in various colours, to complete the balustrade solution. We also offer metal panels or wire rope.

Security Products

We offer a range of metal security products – window bars, security gates, and door panels. We manufacture and install window security bars from heavy flat steel bars; these can be supplied powder-coated in white or other colours. We also offer security gates for physical security and as a visual deterrent to intruders. And we offer galvanised door plates to reinforce doors that may be vulnerable to penetration. Burger Vans & Truck Panelling

Corhaven offers a service to fit burger vans with stainless steel work surfaces and base units.
