5 Axis CNC Pattern and Model Machining Facility

At Concept Tooling Ltd we are justifiably proud of our 5 axis CNC pattern and model machining facility.  There are many advantages to 5 axis machining.  For example, if a piece being machined would otherwise have to be turned manually, the 5 axis facility will take care of the turning, thus reducing labour and consequent costs.  Additionally, it becomes possible to manufacture more complex parts and a better surface finish is achieved.  Using top of the line 5 axis CNC pattern and model equipment, we provide our customers with a service that is always professional and reliable.  We have the skills and capability to take on even very large projects.

Carbon Fibre CNC Machining / Trimming

We are pleased to offer our specialist carbon fibre CNC machining and trimming service.  All machining work is done in-house by our skilled and experienced machinists, who will ensure that you get the professional and reliable product you require.  Machining and trimming carbon fibre requires specialist skills that we have on hand, as all our machinists have the necessary knowledge and expertise to undertake the special handling required.  Our CNC machining services utilise high capacity, high speed 5 and 3+2 axis CNC machines.  We can take on any project, no matter how large and we offer a fast turn around.

Mould Tooling
