Textstor

Textstor is a suit of document management software package which helps you to overcome the problems associated with storing and accessing large volumes of computer generated reports and documents, including invoices, statements and account reports. The software can be used to archive spool files generated on systems like AS400, Mainframes, Unix, Linux and Windows or captured from a range of industry standard scanners. Data from these documents is then indexed and archived on a network server, allowing access to all specified users on the PC network. A simple search facility makes retrieval of documents and data fast and easy.

The Textstor Electronic Document Distribution module allows documents to be batch processed to allow the automatic emailing and faxing to customers and suppliers. 

The electronic authorisation of supplier or purchase invoices can be facilitated through the addition of Textstor Purchase Invoice Authorisation module, which includes automatic links to some of the leading accounts packages available.
