Free Standing Display Units

Free Standing Display Units, referred to by those in the industry as FSDUs, offer a highly effective retail display solution that can bolster sales in even the harshest of economic times. At Clearpoint, we have been manufacturing FSDUs for decades, which is why we are considered to be one of the most creative design and manufacturing teams in the business. Our knowledge of and experience in POS printing and FSDU production enables us handle even the most complex projects, taking them from concept through to prototyping and final production as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Using a range of materials – including card, corrugated board, correx, foam and PVC – Clearpoint can build intelligent display systems to meet all requirements.

Counter Displays And Counter Dispensers

Counter displays are another effective Point-of-Sale tool. Over the years we have designed and produced thousands of them, in all different shapes, sizes and colours. Counter Displays (or CDUs) come in many forms, some of which have a gravity feed system that enables you to load products/materials from the top, others of which come with the product “pre-loaded” prior to shipping. Leaflet Dispensers

We also design and produce many different types of leaflet dispenser. These can be made to house any size of leaflet, including A5, A4, DL and more. The most commonly seen style of leaflet dispenser is the card ‘twist and lock’ unit. The design of these units enables them to be flat-packed for delivery in a simple hard-backed envelope and easily reassembled by the store worker once received. They're fast, simple and convenient. All of our leaflet dispensers are designed, printed and manufactured in-house.

Stickers

Here at Clearpoint we also regularly produce customised stickers and labels for retail applications. These can be designed to your specifications with any graphics, logos, images or text you might require. Dump Bins

A dump bin is a versatile and cost-effective sales tool suitable for all retail environments. They can be found in shops and supermarkets throughout the country and are used for displaying anything from soft toys and magazines to sports equipment and confectionary. In fact, a dump bin can be used to store and display virtually any type of product or material. They are also highly convenient – products can be easily ‘dumped’ and left on show for sale. 

All of our bins are bespoke and therefore tailored to the specific needs of the product you’re looking to promote. We’ll take into account its size, weight and expected quantity and design a solution that’s made to measure. Dump bins can be made square, cylindrical, hexagonal or in any shape you can think of. 

Pallet Wraps

Pallet wraps, often used to display horticultural, construction and commercial wholesalers’ products, are designed to fit on a wooden pallet of UK standards (1200 x 1000mm) or Euro standards (1200 x 800mm). Printed headers can be added to transform wraps into a Point-of-Sale display. As well as full pallet wraps, half, quarter and eighth versions are also available. Tower Displays

Tower displays are a great way of presenting products and information. Ideal for stores, events and exhibitions, they can be designed and produced in a wide variety of shapes and sizes and can be made to incorporate hooks, hangers, plinths and other POS equipment.  We have produced tower displays for all sorts of products from perfume to hardware, so whatever your line of business, Clearpoint can offer a solution.

Boxes

Instore Rail Cards

Rail cards can be used for promotions, as dividers or even just as general POS accessories to improve the look of your store. They are most often used for directing customers to sales racks. Standees

Standees are self-supported displays often used to promote movies or events, but also found in retail stores and even supermarkets. They can be printed with any image or graphic and can be made to almost any size. You can see some examples of our standees in our image gallery (please follow the link).

Screen Printing

Silk-screen printing is a versatile process that enables the reproduction of images and graphics on a variety of materials, including paper, board, vinyl, plastics, metal panels, glass, wood, Perspex and textiles. Such is its versatility that it can be used to print onto contoured objects as well as flat surfaces. At Clearpoint, we use silk-screen printing to produce large or small quantities of printed materials in sizes up to 1.6 x 2.3m, with as many colours as required. We can also incorporate a variety of special finishes, including metallics, dayglo, mirror, glitter and varnish.

Lithographic Printing

Large format lithographic printing is fast, extremely controllable and offers consistently good results. For these reasons alone it is ideal for Point-of-Sale and packaging applications. We use lithographic techniques to print directly onto a diverse range of substrates and in sizes up to 1510 x 2050mm. All processes are carried out in-house and to the industry standard ISO12647, giving our customers complete confidence in the quality of finish.

Structural Design

The Clearpoint design team is made up of several creative in-store POS and packaging professionals who have worked with some of the biggest brands on the largest promotional roll-outs across the UK and Europe. Over the years they have developed an almost instinctive understanding of what is required by our clients. Usually it’s a combination of quality and cost-effectiveness: something that gives maximum visual appeal at minimal cost. To meet this requirement, the design team at Clearpoint has developed a range of flat-pack and part assembly units that are as appealing to the customer as they are to the cost-cutter.

Reprographics and Pre Press

Reprographic work is also completed in-house, which means we have full control over quality from the receipt or design of your artwork right through to the final print. Our clients will therefore always receive exactly what they are expecting with regards to colour, style and quality.
