CCT Pipefreezing Ltd was formed in 1994 by the present management to provide a high quality Industrial Pipe Freezing service for the building services sector. Having consolidated our position in London to service the pipe freezing requirements of the commercial and industrial M&E industry, we have since grown to be acknowledged world wide, with applications completed Offshore in the North Sea, and abroad. Pipe Freezing

We utilise liquid nitrogen pipe freezing solutions across a wide variety of applications, particularly where it would be prohibitively expensive or time consuming to have to drain the pipe before carrying out maintenance or repairs.  Our specially designed pipe freezing jackets mean that work can be carried out quickly and safely.  We offer two designs of pipe freezing jackets, both of which allow the use of insulated cryogenic hosing.  There is a good deal more information about these solutions on our website.

Hot Tapping

Our expert and knowledgeable engineers can fit a connection to your pipe system efficiently, quickly and with the least possible disruption to your existing services.  We use the most up to date under-pressure drilling equipment to undertake on-site hot tapping.  We offer a wide range of options, so that you can choose the solution that best suits your needs.  Our branch connections fit easily onto pipes from 15 mm to 24” in diameter.  Additionally, we offer a comprehensive selection of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, PVC, MDPE and cement.  We are happy to take on jobs of any size, so just let us know your requirements.

Proficient Line Stopping

We take Health and Safety very seriously at CCT Pipefreezing, with a very full and comprehensive Health and Safety policy in place and strictly adhered to.  We are examined by Safety Services Direct Ltd, who regularly monitor our Health and Safety practices and procedures.  We are pleased to have gained both BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001:2000 certification.  Health and Safety training is ongoing, with our technicians undergoing regular training to comply with all relevant mandatory Health and Safety legislation and to keep up to date with any changes in policy.  You can see all our certification compliances on our website and be assured of our constant dedication to Health and Safety.

Certification

We have been members of the Building and Engineering Services Association (B&ES) since 2005.   Fully meeting our clients’ requirements is of the utmost importance to us.  As members of the B&ES, we consistently demonstrate timely and skilful completion of projects that are brought in to budget.  We are regularly subjected to third-party inspection and assessment by the B&ES, who require that its members produce engineering services of high quality and demonstrate both competence and commitment to quality.  Our membership in the Association is another assurance to our customers that they will receive services of the highest standard from us.
