CASE Project Management Ltd specialises in marine refurbishment and bespoke shop fitting. Based in Southampton, we’ve worked on all manner of projects ranging from gym and restaurant facelifts to cruise ship and luxury yacht refits. We handle all of the design aspects as well as installation, ensuring a full service package meets each customer’s needs. 
 
With over 30 years of experience, we’re just as adept at managing joinery, plumbing, electrical and interior construction as we are at providing bespoke furnishings, whether it's curtains, carpets, seating or lighting. Over the years, we’ve worked on some large, prestigious projects, including the refurbishment of luxury cruise liners such as the Balmoral and the QE2. Bryanston Court - Refurbishment of the public areas

CASE Project Management Ltd was responsible for the refurbishment of all public areas in Bryanston Court, a distinguished residential property in Marylebone. We handled all aspects of the project, bringing together highly skilled craftsmen, specialist decorators, French polishers and high-end soft furnishing suppliers to create a remarkable interior in keeping with the sophisticated style of the building itself. Le Diamant - Refurbishment of Passenger Yacht

CASE were tasked with the general repair of Le Diamant, a 99-person passenger yacht which required sections of its fender replacing, several fractures repairing, and much of its damaged and obsolete seating removing . We also arranged for two of the main engines to be serviced, which highlighted a number of additional faults that needed addressing. 

The project also threw up some big challenges that few other marine refurbishers could have managed. When asked if we could deliver a last minute order of specialist timber decking and adhesive before the vessel left for Poland for dry docking, CASE were able to respond within 48hrs, ensuring Le Diamant was equipped and ready with enough time to spare.

Balmoral - Complete Refurbishment

When asked to oversee the complete refurbishment of Fred Olsen’s largest cruise liner, CASE were only too happy to accept. That we could undertake such a huge project is a testament to our considerable experience in managing major developments. The Balmoral required virtually all of its public areas refitting, including several restaurants, lounge bars and on-board pubs. Boudicca - Complete Refurbishment

Boudicca is another Fred Olsen vessel that required a complete refurb led by the CASE team. This considerably sized cruise ship accommodates more than 800 passengers and has many on-board leisure facilities, including jacuzzis, lido deck and spa, plus many informal and formal dining and entertainment options. Saga Rose - Complete Refurbishment

In a project valued at £4.8 million, CASE carried out the complete refurbishment of the Saga Rose, one of the finest of Saga’s cruise ships. This included the refurbishment of more than 300 passenger cabins as well as many public areas. You can see some of the results for yourself on the CASE Project Management website.

Cumulus - Complete Refurbishment

The Cumulus started life as a meteorological vessel, but we used our considerable industry experience to transform it into a luxury yacht valued at £2.9 million. The Cumulus is a prime example of our ability to take on even the most complex projects and consistently deliver results.

QE2 - Queen's Grill & Penthouse Suites

CASE Project Management Ltd was extremely proud to be tasked with the refurbishment of one of Cunard’s luxury ocean liners, the Queen Elizabeth 2.
