Remote Support – We can provide remote support direct to any desktop PC or server without requiring changes to the client router or firewall settings. We are also able to connect remotely via VPN, Remote Desktop or Citrix.
Telephone Support – Users with a current Annual Software License and Support Agreement can contact us Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK time).
USA and Australia Local Telephone Support – Customers in the USA and Australia can call a local telephone number for support. Calls are automatically routed to our support centre, giving you the same quality technical support for the cost of a local or free call.
