We are manufacturers of Powerstack Thyristor Controllers for Electroheat Applications - High power thyristor stacks for heating applications in furnaces, ovens, dryers, process heating etc.

We also manufacture associated instrumentation, including load sequencing controllers for use in process heating applications, and single cycle controllers.

Products and Services

SRC Series  Thyristor Stacks for Resistive Loads - These thyristor stacks have been developed from our original SR range, first introduced in 1995. The SRs were followed in 1998 by the SRC2000 range, offering neater mechanical design, and more compact dimensions, but limited to 2-phase units with current ratings from 63A to 200A.

STA Series Thyristor Stacks for Transformer Coupled Loads - This is a range of thyristor stacks, specifically designed for burst fire control of the primary of transformer coupled loads in heating applications.

STC Series Thyristor Stacks for Complex and Transformer Coupled Loads - This is a modern range of thyristor stacks, specifically designed for control of AC heating loads in medium and high current applications for furnaces, ovens, dryers etc.

AMOT 130 Auto / Manual station and over-temperature Controller - If the furnace temperature exceeds the setpoint set on the left-hand temperature scale, the red 'alarm' lamp will light, and power to the furnace is removed until the temperature has fallen back within safe limits.

Modbus Current and Voltage Monitor - The module accepts 3 current inputs, 3 non-isolated single ended voltage inputs, and 3 (transformer) isolated voltage inputs.
