Cadogans

Cadogans is a group of engineers and scientists distinguished by its breadth of experience and ability to tackle problems that combine more than one discipline. We operate worldwide providing technical support for dispute resolution as well as design and project services.

Cadogans operates in many disciplines including mechanical, electrical, energy, building services, civil and structural engineering, metallurgy and materials.

The company offers expert witness services, forensic engineering, dispute resolution, investigation of failures and malperformance, investigation of accidents including those involving personal injury / fatalities and a wide range of advisory work.

Work is undertaken for both Claimants (Pursuers) and Defendants (Defenders). We have also provided Expert Determination.

Both civil and criminal work is accepted. Staff have given evidence in a variety of courts, at arbitration and adjudication hearings and at mediations.

The firm has won many awards including two Saltire Society awards for construction projects and one from the Royal Academy of Engineering for its own training programme. This includes Expert Witness and Mediation training from a variety of providers.
