The range includes:

• KMI Mini Applicator KBpn: these pneumatic mini applicators have been expertly designed and created to produce high-quality terminations with chrome plated crimpers and combination anvils. They are available in front, rear and double carrier terminals.
• KMI KD: side feed mini applicators also available in front, rear and double carrier terminals with optional centre shear with punch and die cropping.  They are designed for use with bench machines and fully automatic leadmakers.

Crimping Machines

Cable and Crimping Services Ltd supplies a wide range of crimping machines to suit different customer requirements.

Examples of the range include:

• KMI KN10 1 Tonne Crimping Press: a bench crimping unit with crimping force of 1 tonne. This unit features a steel frame and is processed by CNC machine tools to achieve compactness and quality.
• KMI KM1110 Crimping Press: all units in this range are available with safety guards and feet and can accept most types of mini applicators available on the current market. This unit has been designed for seaming operations manuals and features a cast iron structure.

Cut & Strip Machines

We are pleased to present the fantastic EcoStrip 9300 Schleuniger Cut and Strip Machine. This super efficient, automatic cut and strip machine features a wide application range, high productivity and is easy to operate.

It provides precise processing of round cables and wires up to 6mm diameter and flat ribbon cables up to a width of 13mm.

Strip and Crimp Machines

Our range of strip and crimp machines includes:

Schleuniger Strip Crimp and Seal Machine 210B: a highly flexible, bench top machine designed for stripping, sealing and crimping a wide range of wire sizes up to 2.5 mm². This unit is supplied as standard with crimp height fine adjustment, zero cut function and carrier strip cutter.

Schleuniger Solutions StripCrimp SC750: an electronically controlled, programmable unit designed to strip cables and provide crimping of side or rear feed terminals. This user-friendly machine can store up to 254 different wire programmes in its memory and it accepts most universal or mini-style applicators for crimping both side-feed and rear-feed open barrel terminals.

Cutting Machines

We supply three fantastic cutting machines.

• GLW LC100: this unit has been designed to suit small and large production runs. It features two driven transport rollers and separately running measurement rollers to guarantee precise cutting length.
• GLW LC100 SL: this unit features a tube guide and special blade for complete precision. The separation of the drive and measuring rollers also enables high level measurement precision.
• Junquan JQ100: the Junquan JQ100 is effective for use with tubes (vinyl, shrink and insulation), insulation wires, films, soft wires, copper wires and hoses.

Cut Strip and Terminate Machines

Our range of cut, strip and terminate machines includes:

• KMI Extreme: the KMI is a robust and versatile, automatic machine providing high performance results. It is a fully automatic model that can be equipped with a feeding system by belts, two crimping units, two fluxing and tinning stations, a dual system, crimp force monitoring systems and marking system.
• KMI Contact ST: this model features a long conveyor tray system as standard and can be equipped with up to three terminating stations and one seal insertion, cover insertion or tinning station.
• KMI Contact ST5: the ST5 can provide users with standard end crimping, double-crimp connections with three different terminals or apply seals or sleeve on one or both ends of the wire.

Cable Pre Feeders

Cable and Crimping Services Ltd supplies an excellent selection of cable pre-feeders.

The range includes:

• Pre-feeder PF2: a free-standing electric demand pre-feeder designed for cable or tubing of up to 10mm OD with a maximum weight of 40kg.
• Tekuwa De-Reeler PFA-115: de-reeler with motorised axle for pre-feeding cords and other materials without any traction.
• Tekuwa Drum De-Reeler TR-800: designed to suit drums with a maximum diameter of 800mm and a maximum weight of 800kg. The height of the drum can be easily adjusted via a three-phase motor. The TR-800 also features adjustable speed and acceleration.
