C&W Seals are a well respected, specialist manufacturer of metallic and non metallic gaskets as well as being able to offer die cutting, water jet cutting and tube cutting. We provide our services to a range of clients in sectors that include marine, healthcare, automotive, electrical, pipework and ministry of defence.

Waterjet Cutting

Our water-jet cutting system is perfect for one-off prototypes as well as for full volume productions, especially those requiring tighter tolerances. Unlike traditional methods, there is no need for any cutting tools and there will be no metal discoloration or distortion from heat. Nearly every type of sheet metal can be cut and into all kinds of complex 2D or 3D shapes. The cutting area is 3m x 1.5m.

Die Cutting

Gaskets are quickly and easily produced using presses and steel rules. At C&W Seal we can die cut to meet all customer requirements and each gasket is bespoke. We are able to cut gaskets from 4mm up to 1400mm x 1000mm. Our prices are extremely competitive and we offer a fast turnaround and delivery on all products.

Design

At C&W Seals we are able to provide our clients with a full design service. We can offer you expert advice on the type of seal that your require as well as advice on the correct application, material, use and longevity. We can provide a prototype and ensure that the seal works to the highest standard. We are able to offer ongoing development and large-scale production runs.

Tube Cutting

We are able to cut all types of material to make tubes this includes silicone, EPDM, Neoprene and PVC. Our tube cutting service at C&W Seals uses the latest technology and allows us to cut tubing from 1mm to 100m in length with a tight tolerance. Our tube cutting is of a high quality and we are able to produce large volumes at low cost.

Moulds & Extrusions

As a specialist manufacturer of Silicone Rubber Manufacture of Silicone Rubber Extrusions we are able to offer our customers a complete range of standard profiles or an entirely bespoke service depending on the needs of the customer. In terms of bespoke design we are able to manufacture items in Viton, Fluoro silicone, Platinum Cured Silicone Rubber, High and Low Temperature, Carbon Loaded and FDA/WRC approved, as well as many other specialist grade materials. We are also able to offer Silicone Range Extrusions in a large range of colours and cut to any specified length.

Rubber

As you would expect from a company that works closely with a diverse range of industries, we offer a wide choice of materials to be used in various applications. Our selection of rubber products is second to none and includes: Natural, Nitrile, Neoprene, Butyl, Silicone, Viton, Insertion and EPDM. We keep all of these materials in stock at all times for fast dispatch.

Sponge

C&W Seals are also able to offer our customer s range of versatile sponges that can be used in a variety of different industries. Our range of hard wearing and long lasting sponges are available in F/R Grade Neoprene, Natural, Silicone, EPDM, Mixed Blends and Accoustic Foam. All sponges are custom cut to order

Other Materials

In addition to our standard selection of materials we also offer more specialist and harder to find items such as TFE, Cork, Non Asbestos Fibres, Nylon, Mylar, Nomex, Kapton, Felt, Adhesive Tapes and Glues. Although we may not always carry these items in stock we have excellent relationships with well-known suppliers and are able to have them delivered directly to our customers within a few days.
