Buchan Concrete is one of the largest precast concrete providers in the UK providing ‘solutions’ to both the civil and building construction markets. Buchan is renowned for it’s quality and innovation. Recent projects include; prisons, hotels, student accommodation, care homes, schools, sports halls and warehousing.
Buchan’s precast panels were used on Montgomery Primary School, Exeter which is the first school in the UK to achieve Passivhaus status and the first school in Europe to achieve Zero Carbon. We have also completed the design, manufacture and erection of precast components for the new 12 storey Premier Inn Hotel in Manchester, which we believe is the first hi rise hotel in the UK using brick faced sandwich panels.
