Commercial Air Conditioning

We also supply and install first class commercial air conditioning systems.

Systems include:

• Split Air Conditioning Systems: these are the most common air conditioning systems installed in modern, commercial buildings. They can be installed as a floor unit or mounted on the wall or ceiling. 
• Multi Split Air Conditioning Systems: these systems are similar to split air conditioning systems, however, the atmospheric temperature of a number of rooms can be controlled easily via a single condenser unit.
• VRF Systems: this modern commercial air conditioning system is able to connect up to 16 internal units to a single external condenser.

F-Gas Regulations

F-Gas legislation states that operators of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment must carry out measures to reduce the leakage of HTC’s into the environment. Operators must also carry out repairs as quickly as possible when leakage is detected.

Various aspects are included within the legislation, including: containment, use, recovery, destruction, reporting, labelling, training and certification.

Leakage Inspection must be carried out at regular intervals depending on the type of system installed:

• 3kg charge – at least every 12 months
• 30kg charge – at least every 6 months
• 300kg charge – at least every 3 months
