Blue Machinery was founded back in 2004 when four individual Powerscreen dealerships combined their expertise and resources to form a new company. We are a specialist provider of materials processing equipment for the quarrying and waste recycling industries in England, Scotland and Wales. The basis behind our success is the combination of the very best technology around, coupled with proven, high quality equipment. Our services are also extremely practical and versatile as we can offer anything from single pieces of equipment all the way to complete integrated processing systems. We are members of many trade associations including the Institute of Quarrying, Association for Organics Recycling and the British Metal Recyclers Association, just to name a few. The links we have these associations mean that we can offer services that are not just high quality and cost effective but in accordance with regulation.

Crushers

We offer a wide range of mobile crushers from the worlds leading manufacturer, Powerscreen Pegson. Our machinery includes fully track mounted vertical and horizontal impactors, jaw crushers and cone crushers. We have a flexible approach to our services and prefer to offer them in multiple stages with mobile screening units. This approach can offer many benefits over the usual inflexible, static system including a greater degree of efficiency and cost effectiveness. Mobile Screens

We have a varied selection of mobile screens from the renowned Powerscreen with products including Cheftain, H and Warrior ranges. The Cheftain range has many different machines of various sizes and is more suited to the screening of aggregates and sand. The H range has models which feature horizontal screens, ideal for handling large amounts of sticky materials. The H range is suited to handling materials such as natural and crushed aggregate, coal, iron ore, recycled concrete and asphalt. Finally, we have arguably the most popular plant from Powerscreen, the Warrior range. Models from the Warrior range tend to be high capacity, heavy duty and can handle a wide range of materials.

Shredders

Our range of Doppstadts shredders are designed for the waste, compositing, wood processing and recycling industries. These high quality shredders are designed using precision German engineering and have are renowned worldwide for their capabilities. The range includes the high speed AK, the slow speed DW or a combination of both, the DZ series. Conveyors

Our selection of conveyors are manufactured by Telestack and are of the highest quality. Models include tracked conveyors, shiploading conveyors, linked conveyors, telescoping conveyors and other stockpilers. This particular machinery is used widely in the quarrying, mining and port industries and clients expect the best, which we are only happy to provide. Compost Turners

With farming being a massive industry, we are always looking for a higher quality of compost and for that you need compost turners. Compost turners are used all over the world to improve the efficiency of the organic recycling process. Our models are manufactured by Backhus who are the market leaders within the industry and produce consistently high quality machinery. Their range includes windrow turners, side turners, straddle turners, lane turners and bridge turners for various composting applications.

Trommels

Our range of SM trommel screens are manufactured by Doppstadt and use the rotating drum method of screening. Our SM trommels have a versatile application as they can separate various materials including soil, construction waste and compost. We have many models of different sizes so we can accomodate nearly every client and specification. Washing

There seems to be a growing problem with contaminated materials needing to be washed. This is due to an ever increasing shortage of natural sand and gravel, as well as high aggregate specifications. Due to this current trend, we supply a world class range of mobile and static washing systems manufactured by Powerscreen. Our range of washers include models such as the Powerscrub, Cheftain Rinser, Commander, Finesmaster and the Aggwash. Air Separation

Usually, mechanical technology is used in waste separation but can sometimes lack versatility and efficiency. This is why we offer air separation technology from Nihot to tackle some of these problems. Customers are guaranteed excellent products from Nihot as they are the market leaders within this industry and have been operating for over 60 years. Controlled air is the perfect medium when separating waste and can increase efficiency and therefore overall cost effectiveness. We have three different models available including SDS 650, Drum Separators and Windshifter.

Food Waste Processing

With a growing population, it is no longer a viable option to dispose of  the ever increasing amount of food waste into landfills. Therefore it is the job of food manufacturers, processors and waste recyclers to consider recovering and recycling this material. The Cesaro Tiger is an invaluable and versatile tool in helping this process as it can depackage food waste. The machine does this by removing the organic fraction from the waste and separating it from its packaging which make recycling much easier. It is with processes such as this that we can try to change the negative impact we are having on the environment.

Flip Flow & Flip Flop Screens for fines, waste, woodchip and aggregates

Manufactured by CRS, the Flip Flow technology screen has not just been innovative but has solved many problems that arise when separating different materials. Originally made to reclaim material 0-60 mm in trommel fines, these "Kinetic-Flow" machines have evolved. They are now universally praised for their ability to effectively screen 'nasty' materials, thanks to their sophisticated design. Never before in the recycling industry has there been a screening plant that can produce such a clean and fine material.

Balers

Our range of balers are manufactured by Marathon and include the renowned TIEger and Galaxy 2RAM models. Our high quality balers are incredibly versatile but well suited to baling waste, cardboard, papers, plastics, metals and cans. Other models within the range include the side eject baler which is unique to Marathon and perfect for applications that require multi-material capabilities and have limited space. We also off the Atlas which is a mid-size, affordable baler with a superior size to weight ratio and a heavy duty build. Finally we have the Gemini Xtreme which is a closed-end, horizontal baler with the ability to process numerous materials.

Mobile Picking Stations

On a work site, space can often be at a premium and this is why we offer our mobile picking stations. Whether you are short on space or you operate many different sites, our mobile stations can offer a fast and versatile solution to your problem.
